Benino....

Il soggiorno non è iniziato benissimo perchè appena arrivati l'aria condizionata non funzionava (ad Agosto immaginate la nostra gioia). Dopo aver reclamato un paio di volte e essere venuti in camera dalla reception, ci hanno detto che lo sapevano che era guasta e che il giorno seguente sarebbe venuto un tecnico. Diciamo che questa poca trasparenza non l'abbiamo gradita visto che abbiamo pagato per intero una stanza senza però avere tutti i servizi promessi. Per fortuna il giorno dopo è venuto il tecnico visto che la prima notte l'abbiamo passata quasi in bianco. Per il resto l'albergo è abbastanza nuovo, camere spaziose, letto comodo e bagno pulito. La wifi funziona male, è lenta, spesso salta la connessione e ti fanno connettere massimo due dispositivi a stanza. Abbastanza assurdo visto che anche qui pago un servizio se no lo specifichi in fase di prenotazione. Il personale non sempre è stato disponibile. La piscina ottima e spaziosa. La posizione è ottima se avete la macchina con parcheggio sulla strada gratuito. Ultima nota i balconi con un separé praticamente inutile dove vedevi e ti vedevano senza problemi quelli della stanza di fianco. Con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe l'hotel perfetto. Peccato. In generale ve lo consiglio sperando che tutto fili liscio.

Kleines Hotel in Saint Konstantin und Helena

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier, das erste Mal im März 2018 war alles bestens. Jetzt im September war alles anders. Sauberkeit und Zustand des Zimmers und die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals waren nicht in Ordnung. Einzig das Restaurant ist weiterhin zu empfehlen.

Nice hotel a long way from the beach

If the particulars about distance to the beach had been correct i would not j ave booked this hotel. It is at least 1 kilometre from the beach. Not as stated. The hotel is comfortable but showing signs of wear. Some of the paper is coming off the walls and our bathroom floor showed distinct signs of wear. The breakfast is ok but the use of average ingredients, cheap bread, only one jam available until our last morning etc. Why is there a table laid out for 6 in the restaurant gathering dust? Why did one table have an unplugged tv on it throughout our stay? Evening meal was pleasant but nothing special. The pool is cold and you can hear the traffic from the main coast road when you for by it. The hotel is closer to the main road than to the beach. It is a pleasant enough place and if you don't mind the walk to the beach it is in a good place. However as I like an hotel close to the beach which I thought this was i would not stay here again
