We had a great stay here. Traditional Alpine 'House' Rooms a good size and with a balcony. Food too was very good, both evening and breakfast. Located in a small quiet village but not far from the main road, so not isolated. EV car charger too, so I was happy

I picked this hotel knowing it was not in the center as I wanted air conditioning and a separate room for my child (suite). We learned and the walls are not sound proof (as both were mentioned in the information section on Expedia). The hotels positive is the wait staff was acclimating and friendly. The breakfast was good, and it was as near the walking/biking trail to the old section of town which was quiet and nice). If it had air conditioning I would have given it a solid four stars, but as the day time temperature got to around 90 F it got a stuffy by late afternoon.

I have been at the Loewenhof every year once or twice, since 1993 (for 30 years). Have seen the upgrades, improvements in the physical installation, modernization of the rooms and services (pool, massage facilities) and dining. This time was my first time at the Loewenhof after the COVID19 issues. Personnel has changed, even the chef. The food quality has decreased. They used to have the best pizza in the area, but this time, it s different, lower quality. And the personnel is also new. Just checking in, I asked for 2 more days of staying, leaving the 3rd of December versus 1st of December. It was confirmed by the reception. But on the 1st of December, it appeared as not submitted and I was locked out. So, I had to extend the stay on the 1st, but after a while I got it at a completely different price (higher) and no excuses. And breakfast has old breads, hard breads versus our experience was to get fresh bread from the day: soft and even warm. After 30 years always using this hotel, I'm evaluating other options for my next trip in Spring'24. We were feeling like at home during 29 years, but this time it was different.

Es war einfach perfekt! Das Zimmer war wunderschön (ich empfehle definitiv das Zimmer mit eigener Sauna), die Angestellten immer freundlich und das Essen war sowohl zum Frühstück als auch abends hervorragend. Aktuell gibt es einige Bauarbeiten im Hotel, aber die haben uns nie gestört und das Hotel wird dadurch für zukünftige Gäste nur noch schöner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lækkert værelse, men dårlig service

Værelset var super lækkert og comfortabel, vi havde bestilt et comfort værelse med udsigt til bjergene, men da vi ankom opdagede vi at man kun kunne se udsigt til parkering, lidt træer og himmelen fra værelset, man skulle helt ud på balkonen og stå et bestemt sted for at kunne se bjerget. Herudover var personalet ikke specielt informative, nogle var flinke nok, men især én tjener var decideret ubehøvlet som vi også informerede receptionen om. Alle tjenere på restauranterne snakkede kun tysk til os selvom vi talte engelsk til dem. Faciliteterne såsom spaen, var super skønt.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, aber wenn wir wieder nach Südtirol kommen, dann hier hin! Tolles, top modernisiertes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant. Super tolles Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage auch für größere Autos. Nettes Personal. Luxusausstattung mit Innen- und Außenpool sowie Spa-Bereich. Einziges kleines Manko: Der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf die benachbarte Camping-Anlage, die zum Hotel gehört.

Hôtel ok pour une étape détente après Dolomites

Séjour convenable au niveau du petit dejeuner et confort mais compte tenu du prix j'attendais encore mieux.(chambre peu spacieuse, lavabo dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain...) Excellentes Pizza au restaurant. Espace spa et bien être agréable.
