The living room also includes a comfortable double sofa bed (200x160), providing additional sleeping space. The well-appointed bathroom is designed to meet all your needs during your stay.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for a memorable culinary experience. The kitchen includes a sink, four-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, small conventional oven, microwave, and a range of handy appliances such as a Nespresso coffee maker, teapot, kettle, toaster, and raclette machine. You’ll find all the crockery, pots, and pans you need, as well as a washing machine in the bathroom for your convenience.

One pet is allowed upon request with a supplement of thirty euros

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
