Recepção A primeira impressão não foi a mais agradável, pois, a recepcionista se quer respondeu o nosso boa-tarde. Mas, no final da tarde mudou a equipe e a moça que nos atendeu depois foi muito gentil e comunicativa. Quarto simples porém limpinho. Banheiro limpo e confortável. Custo X Benefício Ótimo por ser muito próximo do aeroporto. Recomendamos.

Pedi comida mas não deixam subir, tive q colocar roupa e descer tarde da noite, e deu sede depois, tive q descer novamente. Não tem toalha de rosto e apenas 1 sabonete, usei o do banho p rosto

O estacionamento no hotel é cobrado e o valor é salgado, considerando o período de estadia. O corredor do hotel cheirava a cigarro. Penso que o hotel precisa proibir o fumo dentro dos quartos e ambientes fechados, respeitando a lei brasileira.

Não vale o valor cobrado.

No dia que cheguei mesmo com a reserva para dois dias a recepcionista cobrou só um dia, e reservou para apenas um dia, ao invés de bloquearem o quarto, poderiam ter me enviado mensagem explicando o erro e já resolveria tudo antes de eu chegar, na hora de entrar no quarto a porta não abria, após um dia exaustivo lá vai eu descer de volta e resolver tudo ,a luz do banheiro não funcionava, tinha odor forte acho que vinha do esgoto, café da manhã fraco para a diária cobrada. Um ponto positivo era a limpeza e a cara muito boa.

Atenção as obras e atendentes da madrugada

Hotel com boa qualidade, mas as obras deixam um pouco empoeirado alguns lugares e com cheiro de cimento. O atendimento na madrugada deixou a desejar, inclusive perdendo um hóspede por conta da forma que ele foi tratado, no dia a moça da recepção foi super solicita e resolveu o que o rapaz da madrugada não quis resolver.
