This lovingly furnished 2-room holiday apartment on the ground floor offers the ideal retreat for two people who want to spend relaxing days in the midst of the magnificent Grisons mountain landscape on around 70 m² of living space. The light-flooded living area with a cosy fireplace invites you to enjoy relaxed hours - whether reading a good book or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, deep fryer, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils - perfect for those who like to cook even on holiday.



The separate bedroom offers restful sleep, and the bathroom with bathtub invites relaxation after an active day. The apartment also features a television, WiFi connection, central heating, a hairdryer, and a sunny terrace of 10 m² with a view of the greenery - ideal for breakfast in fresh mountain air or an aperitif in the evening sun. A free parking space in the underground garage is also available. The excellent restaurant La Riva in the same house ensures special culinary delights - known beyond the region for its creative and high-quality cuisine.



Directly opposite the apartment is the beautiful Heidsee - a place with special charm in every season. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes directly by the house, and the nearest ski lift is just a few minutes' walk away. Those who want to go to the village can conveniently use the free local bus - the stop is only about 100 metres away. In summer, the water sports centre, the fine sandy beach and the generously designed children's experience area on the lakeshore beckon - a true paradise for all those who love nature and relaxation.



The apartment is part of the well-maintained La Riva apartment complex, which consists of three houses and offers its guests a diverse range of amenities: a spacious indoor pool with a pleasant water temperature of 22 degrees (open daily from 7:00 to 21:00, closed on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 to 12:00 for cleaning), two saunas – a Finnish sauna with approximately 80-90 degrees and an infrared sauna with approximately 60 degrees – as well as a small but fine spa area for relaxed hours. Additionally, a fitness room, table tennis room, lift, solarium (for a fee), a ski and ski boot room with a waxing area, and a laundry room with coin-operated machines are available.
