"The swimming pool was not maintained clean, the bottom floor was filled with dirt. Place needed attention, the floor in our room was coming up, cheap vinyl, the place has potential if they invest the money, that’s all I got:/"

"Nice beach property. Nearby activities and local dining. Quiet area. Needs a littl exterminating for small room pests."

"Property had a grateful kitchen with just enough utensils, frying pans things that you would need if you prepare your own food during your stay. The property does not have a lot of amenities, but if you’re not into amenities, it doesn’t matter. It’s in a great location central to all things Sarasota and Siesta key."
