About this property

Historic Home Next to the Island w/ Private Hot Tub and Pet Friendly

  • Beautiful two bedroom historic house a half mile away from Venice island and a mile away from Venice beach. The house was built in 1926 and has been designated as a historic home in Venice.

    Close to the island, the beach, and all major restaurants/stores. The House is a 2/1 with a king and queen bed. The house also has a private hot tub, fireplace, outdoor patio, BBQ grill, bicycles, and beach chairs/toys/umbrellas.

    Note: We are currently modernizing the furniture. Furniture may be different when you arrive.
