"Perfect location near piazza San Marco. But NOT noisy. Central to all the “must see” places. Staff VERY helpful and accommodating. Good oh d 20€ breakfast. Recommend highly!"

"Great, not directly in Venice, so you won't have to carry luggage through the streets or on a water shuttle. But if you arrive early you will have to rent lockers for your luggage or wait for your room. Breakfast was a great buffet and staff was really helpful with tips to navigate the city."

"Perfect location close to most of the must -see’s. Very clean, so helpful staff!! Amazing front desk ! Massimiliano was amazing organizing all we needed! The feeling staying in Ruzzini hotel was like home but the home was an actual palazzo!! I will come back again !!!!! Thank you to all the staff for the best experience!! We felt like Venetians for few days!"

"This hotel is very well situated - just a short block from a water bus stop and an easy walk to San Marco square. The room we had was small but comfortable. The building is old so getting to and from the room was a little convoluted, but we figured it out. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. They had water and juice available all the time."

"Fantastic and helpful staff. They were accommodating enough to let us drop off luggage a few hours early before check in and the luggage was waiting for us in our room. Fantastic room that was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location right across from the train station and within walking distance of more than a dozen restaurants. We felt safe and well accommodated there. The only slight hiccup was that, for a hotel of this status, we felt the breakfast was a little lacking. The eggs, sausage, bacon, and beans were not very good. The fruit was fairly mediocre as well. The pastries/bread were adequate, and the cheeses were good, as well as the coffee/hot chocolate. In spite of the mediocre breakfast, in all other regards, this hotel was far and away the best we stayed at during our entire 10-day European trip. I would definitely stay here again."
