Very bright apartment is the entire floor of a free-standing building with 10 windows.
3rd floor (top and last floor), stairs, 40 steps up to reach our door. (No elevator)
Master bedroom with a king size bed.
Single bedroom with 1 single bed.
Spacious living room.
1 well equipped bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen in wich you can cook real gourmet meals.
Rialto Market walking distance where you can find great fresh fruit, veggies, fish, and even La casa del Parmigiano for your original parmesan cheese.
All services as Pharmacy, Post Office, museums, churches, very close. A great Supermarket CONAD CITY in within 15 yards! Cool shops (leather purses and local crafts) near home.
Even our neighbours' bar in Campo San Polo (San Polo Square) called Ristobar San Polo.
We personally take care of our former home. It is myself Sabina, my mom Marilina and my husband Paolo.

Sabina is a wonderful host. She met us at the bus on the way to the apartment she gave us an introduction to the area and suggestions on what to see. The apartment was a great size for me and my 2 daughters. Sabina walked us through everything from the Moka pot to the A/C and garbage pick up/ drop off. The location was amazing with restaurants and groceries near by. We had a great 9 days in Venice. She

Fabulous host who met us at bus station and escorted us to apartment. Local market and restaurants just around corner! quiet yet convenient location. Super clean and cute. To American travelers -consider the bed extra extra firm. Overall would definitely stay again!!

Interesting pictures, photographs, etchings, outstanding furnuture, beautiful terrazzo floors, a well-equipped kitchen, short ways to supermarket, restaurants, vaporetto, and last but not least, Sabina a very friendly and helpful host who knows the needs of tourists.

We absolutely loved our stay! Knowing the host was waiting for us at the bus stop after a long day of travel helped immensely, and she walked through the apartment and answered all questions. Everything within the apartment was so well appointed and the space was a delight and comfortable. There was a grocery store steps from the door as well as two quality restaurants. What's also nice is the property is a quick walk to all the major sites. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Sabina is an amazing host and really cares that you enjoy your stay. We were so grateful she met us at the train station as this was our first trip to Venice, and learning to navigate Venice takes some time! She also took time to show us her apartment and explained how everything works. She keeps it immaculately clean. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and loved the location. What a fantastic property!! We stayed at Sabina and Marilena's apartment for 4 days in June 2024 and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located centrally to all the sites in Venice. It's very clean uncomfortable with all of the amenities that we needed. We appreciated Sabina's husband, Paulo, meeting us at the train station to walk us to the apartment and show us everything that we might need to know about the property. Communication with Sabina was so easy as she provided recommendations and got back to us right away if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was in a terrific location for getting around to various museums and other attractions in Venice. It was also nice and quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The three of us really enjoyed staying there. Sabina was a very good host; she came to the train station to guide us to the apartment and gave us a clear explanation of how everything in the apartment works.

Sabina and Marilina's place was recommended by a friend who stayed recently and it was perfect for our trip to Venice. Sabina met us at the shuttle station, walked us in, showed us how Venice key locks work, took great care getting us oriented and was a pleasure from beginning to end. We took the first leg of our honeymoon in Venice, and Sabine was the absolute best! She met us at the train station (even though our flight was delayed 3 hours). We were exhausted but felt right at home when we arrived. The home is quaint, good location, very safe, sunny, and had everything we needed. Sabine also provided recommendations and set us up to truly enjoy Venice. Highly recommend!!

This apartment is a must is visiting Venice. The location is perfect, so close to everything, but not in the middle of the craziness, so you will get a good night sleep. Grocery store less than a minute walk, so we could make our own breakfasts and get snacks. Fully equipped with everything you may need. The best host we have ever experienced. Sabina met us a the water bus station and spent time explaining every detail to us. We cannot thank you enough Sabina. Say hi to your mom for us :)

Our stay in Venice could not have been better - especially as a result of the owner's assistance! They helped us with transportation and even provided a binder with many helpful tips about getting around, eating and shopping in Venice. The apartment is lovely, well outfitted, and very comfortable - perfect for the 3 of us! The central location was ideal for taking in all that the city has to offer. 5 stars from us!

We stayed at this apartment as part of an anniversary trip through Europe. The apartment is amazing, beautiful, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner provided directions and met us at the bus station. She showed us the apartment and provided maps, directions and options for our stay. Everyone of her recommendations were 5 star. We had such a good time in Sabina's apartment. Everything was well organized – our arrival, Sabina has been waiting for us at the train station – the apartment, well equipped and clean, even cookies and cool water were there, Sabina even provided a travel bed for our 1,5 year old kid – our stay, a quiet neighbourhood, supermarket around the corner, and AC in every room! You really feel at home right away at this lovely place. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

This family home so perfectly located - you will love it! We walked across the Rialto Bridge every day, and after the first day could wander our way home again. Sabina is an excellent VRBO host. Everything you need is there, including ideas where to go for dinner. The property is a 3rd floor walk up, beautifully furnished, and absolutely spic and span, a perfectly charming place to use as home base to enjoy the wonders of Venice!

We liked so much to stay in Sabinas flat. The place is situated perfect not too far away from the railway station in the middle of San Polo a good place to start to all the museums etc. The apartment is big, very clean and you will surely find everything you need. We felt like home in the lovely kitchen. The contact with Sabina was easy and professional. We had a very warmly welcome, she explained about the neighbourhood, the restaurants and the Vaporettos.

We were met at the train station by Paulo who shared with us everything we would need to know to enjoy our stay in Venice as he escorted us to the apartment. The apartment is bright, clean, and beautifully furnished with amazing traditional tile floors. The location is perfect to explore Venice with everything within walking distance. Great trip from the minute we were met at the station by our welcoming host to the last day. Clean and comfortable, close to market and dinning. Close but not too close to the busier part of Venice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Sabina was very welcoming and covered everything you could think of in regards to the neighborhood, including personal recommendations for dining and points of interest. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed to prepare meals if so inclined. It was fairly easy to figure out how to get around the area thanks to the maps Sabina wrote on for us!
