Very bright apartment is the entire floor of a free-standing building with 10 windows.
3rd floor (top and last floor), stairs, 40 steps up to reach our door. (No elevator)
Master bedroom with a king size bed.
Single bedroom with 1 single bed.
Spacious living room.
1 well equipped bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen in wich you can cook real gourmet meals.
Rialto Market walking distance where you can find great fresh fruit, veggies, fish, and even La casa del Parmigiano for your original parmesan cheese.
All services as Pharmacy, Post Office, museums, churches, very close. A great Supermarket CONAD CITY in within 15 yards! Cool shops (leather purses and local crafts) near home.
Even our neighbours' bar in Campo San Polo (San Polo Square) called Ristobar San Polo.
We personally take care of our former home. It is myself Sabina, my mom Marilina and my husband Paolo.

A very well-situated apartment, near the Frari Church but an easy 20 minute walk from bus and train stations. Beautifully maintained and very well equipped. Aircon, plumbing and cooking all in perfect order.

Stay in Venice, San Polo

We could not have asked for a better location or host for our stay. Sabina met us at the Piazzale Roma and helped us navigate the twists and turns to the apartment. We were tired and hungry from over night travel, and she got us a reservation for a lovely dinner. We brought our teen son for his first time, and the location was perfect for wandering, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment was clean, had AC for the hot days, and a nice living room for what little time we spent there (awake). I truly hope to come back and stay for longer - like weeks, or maybe months!

Great stay

Fabulous host who met us at bus station and escorted us to apartment. Local market and restaurants just around corner! quiet yet convenient location. Super clean and cute. To American travelers -consider the bed extra extra firm. Overall would definitely stay again!!

Our stay in Venice could not have been better - especially as a result of the owner's assistance! They helped us with transportation and even provided a binder with many helpful tips about getting around, eating and shopping in Venice. The apartment is lovely, well outfitted, and very comfortable - perfect for the 3 of us! The central location was ideal for taking in all that the city has to offer. 5 stars from us!

Wonderful stay in Venice

The apartment was in a terrific location for getting around to various museums and other attractions in Venice. It was also nice and quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The three of us really enjoyed staying there. Sabina was a very good host; she came to the train station to guide us to the apartment and gave us a clear explanation of how everything in the apartment works.

Wonderful Experience.

Excellent Location

This family home so perfectly located - you will love it! We walked across the Rialto Bridge every day, and after the first day could wander our way home again. Sabina is an excellent VRBO host. Everything you need is there, including ideas where to go for dinner. The property is a 3rd floor walk up, beautifully furnished, and absolutely spic and span, a perfectly charming place to use as home base to enjoy the wonders of Venice!

Great trip from the minute we were met at the station by our welcoming host to the last day. Clean and comfortable, close to market and dinning. Close but not too close to the busier part of Venice. Best in Venice

From instructions on how to get to Venice from the airport to personally meeting us at the bus station we immediately knew we made the right choice of hosts. The apartment, her family home, was spacious, warm and had everything you could ever need. Sabrina had prepared instructions on use of equipment in the home, restaurant recommendations, and provided a map of Venice. The location is great and close to attractions but in a quieter neighborhood. In addition, Sabrina is a professional tour guide and her English is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

San Palo

Sabina is wonderful to work with and helped us every step of the way! The apartment is lovely, roomy for 2, close to stores, restaurants, the vaparetto, and in a quiet area. She met us at the bus terminal and escorted us to her apartment. We took the vaporetto and it was a short walk to the apartment. The steps were wide, easy to navigate. Lots of windows in the stairway and apartment made the area very bright. If you're planning a trip to Venice, i strongly recommend staying here. Grazie Mille Sabina 😎

A Welcoming Sanctuary in Venice!

What a gem of a place! This apartment is in a great location, quietly tucked away from the crowds but close enough to access all of the main sites. We absolutely loved this neighborhood and the surrounding area, which felt just enough removed while absolutely brimming with beauty and charm. The hosts are AMAZING and set the bar very high for any future experiences. We were met at the train station and were able to walk to the apartment, a relief after aa busy travel day. We were shown all of the key features of the apartment and were so impressed by all of the practical and personable guidance and suggestions provided. Any question we had was answered promptly and with kindness. This felt like a well loved family property and really added to our experience in such a treasure of a city. I will be happy to suggest this spot to any friends planning a trip to Venice. Thank you!

Great apartment and exceptional service!

We stayed in this apartment in San Polo for the last two weeks of May, 2017. It is bright, spacious and very well-equipped, exactly as listed. The owners, who sometimes use the apartment themselves, are very generous with supplies in the kitchen. Also, English instructions for using all appliances were very simple and clear, best we've seen in Italy! The apartment is the entire floor of a free-standing building so light comes in from all sides. There is a small grocery store 50 meters away, and many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal is a 5 minutes walk. WiFi was reliable. Our hostesses Sabina and her mother Marilina treated us like family, so welcoming and kind. Thank you! This is a place to which we would certainly return.

Loved it!!!

It was, without a doubt, the best vacation rental experience we have ever had!!!! From the moment we arrived, our hosts hospitality was unparalleled. She met us at the train station (after 9 pm as our train had been delayed) and personally escorted us to the property which was incredible. Along the way she was super friendly and chatty, and even made us a dinner reservation!!! She provided us with a detailed walkthrough of her home ensured that we were comfortable and familiar with everything, which made a significant difference in our overall experience. The home itself was immaculate and incredibly spacious. The neighborhood was fantastic—quiet, yet close to all the amenities and attractions we wanted to visit. Her availability through WhatsApp for any questions, restaurant recommendations, and even cooking class suggestions was immensely helpful and greatly appreciated. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better host or a more perfect rental experience. We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s home! Sabina is an exceptional host. She was helpful and communicative leading up to and during our trip, and she and her husband Paolo met us at the bus station to escort us back to the apartment (which really is perfectly centrally located). Maybe best of all, they’ve put together a guidebook with all the information you could need about the best places to eat and shop, and how to navigate the city and the apartment. I would recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone staying in Venice and I hope we can visit again!

The perfect Venice apartment/host

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment! Communication with Sabina was exceptional and her warm welcome at the train station made our arrival easy and worry-free. The location is a comfortable walk to all of the popular Venice attractions, and a 5 minute walk to a Vaparetto stop, but is in a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. The space is homey and warm, with plenty of room for our family. Laundry is an added bonus!

Wonderful stay in Venice!

Sabina and Marilina were wonderful hosts! Sabina met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, while giving us lots of helpful tips about navigating Venice. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and cozy with many wonderful amenities like a full kitchen, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Smaller details like ice cube trays and wash clothes, which you don’t always find in Europe, made our visit even more pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here in Venice and would recommend it to others!

A Lovely Stay!

Sabina's home is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to the train station and an easy walk to the taxis that can drive you to the airport. We were able to walk everywhere! The home is bright, spacious, and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the washing machine as we stayed in Venice at the tail end of our trip and needed to clean our clothes. Sabina and her husband where attentive to our every need! We had friends stop by who where flying out of Venice and when they saw our place they were so impressed. The noise of the street can be a bit loud if you have your windows open, but things quiet down in the evening. The area is clean, felt safe, and the convenience of a local grocery store was wonderful. They had everything you could need! Nice restaurants and good food close by. Thank you Sabina, we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Venice home !!

This is an amazing apartment in the center of Venice. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance to every major attraction in Venice. Our hostess, Sabina, is wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay in Venice unforgettable!

Great Place, Perfect Venice Location

This was the perfect apartment for our Venice adventure. Paolo, Sabina, and Marilina were excellent hosts. Paolo’s in-person pick-up at Piazzale Roma made our arrival easy and gave us peace of mind. He took the time to thoroughly and patiently introduce us to the apartment as well as the environs. The location was ideal being less than a 5-minute walk to Venice Italian School and an easy passeggiata to practically all the major attractions. We could easily access a neighborhood grocery store, shops, and restaurants. My husband and I fully appreciated the cleanliness, security, and comfort of this Venetian home. You can tell a lot of thought went into all the little details to make it as welcoming as possible. Grazie mille Paolo, Sabina, and Marilina.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sabina. Elle a pris le temps de venir nous chercher à la gare de bus, de nous montrer le quartier et de nous expliquer les bases de la géographie et des déplacements à Venise dans un français et un anglais irréprochables. Elle a également répondu sur WhatsApp à toutes les questions que nous avons pu avoir avant ou pendant notre séjour L'appartement est charmant, calme, très propre, central, meublé et décoré avec soin. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous tout de suite. Nous n'avons qu'une idée en tête maintenant : revenir passer plus de temps ici quand notre fille sera plus grande. Perfect location and accommodations for 3

Sabina is a wonderful host. She met us at the bus on the way to the apartment she gave us an introduction to the area and suggestions on what to see. The apartment was a great size for me and my 2 daughters. Sabina walked us through everything from the Moka pot to the A/C and garbage pick up/ drop off. The location was amazing with restaurants and groceries near by. We had a great 9 days in Venice. She
