This hotel is located on 3rd floor requiring to climb very long double 3 flights of stairs and elevators were broken entire stay. At the time of reservation this was not shared. Staff was very apologetic and helped us to carry the luggages but there was no sign of repair men working on this issue. This was a huge issue for my 72 year old mom with back and knee issues especially after long walk

Palazzo Bembo was a beautiful place to stay. It was conveniently located and provided great views of the Rialto bridge. The staff was welcoming and offered helpful suggestions to improve our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was beautiful. Hotel was right near the Rialto bridge with taxi's, gondolas, many good resturaunts just outside the door. Mathew was very helpful in getting taxis, gondola rides and suggesting restuarants.

The staff in the front desk is awesome. There was no a/c the time we were there but opening the windows was just perfect. Everything is around specially alot of restaurants we even had a view from our hotel room.

The hotel consists of 6 rooms in a 15th century building. The furnitures and fixtures are all from the 15th century save for the toilet. People who like old world charm will be smitten by this type of hotel. My husband and I are more into modern facilities though. The location is right next to Rialto bridge and you get to be in the thick of the action. The staff are nice and friendly too.

Everything was excellent. From check-in to check out, Marco made sure I was provided with personalized and friendly service. The location was excellent, the room was spacious, clean and had all the modern amenities. The bathroom was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The building although old is beautifully maintained and decorated in Italian old wood charm. The breakfast was good and the dining area was not crowded with three windows that overlook the Grand Canal and partially the Rialto. This small hotel is not only value for the money, but will make your Venetian stay in Italian old world charm.

Palazzo Bembo is a beautiful retreat in the busy Rialto Bridge area of Venice. Transportation is just steps from the door, restaurants and all the sites are an easy walk. The staff was great. Alice and Mattias took great care of us, even walked us downstairs and waited till our water taxi to the airport arrived. Definitely our choice next time we’re in Venice.
