Great place to stay! They are very strict on their office hours and only accept cash for the tourist tax. Loved how lively just down the street was for a locals bar- great vibes!

Ok stay in three-star hotel. I’m guessing all hotels in this pricerange in Venice are a bit molded and dated, so I think I got what expected. Ok place to sleep but definitely could be cleaner and bed should be replaced. With a little bit of a touch-up would make wonders for the rooms!

This place is pretty but small. The opening for the shower is about a foot and a half wide and you can’t exactly bend over in it. The staff are amazing and very kind. If you are walking there be prepared for the stairs with your luggage. We hired a porter for the return to the train station. Worth it.

Perfect small room for a solo traveler! great view onto the street with a balcony. I loved that it was easy to get to from the train and right in the middle of everything. Staff were amazing and friendly!

We loved the Pantalon Hotel. It is in an excellent location and the price acceptable for the area. Bathroom was small but that was expected. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Venice

Our stay in Venice was lovely. The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and sightseeing spots. The antique furnishings and hand blown chandelier added to the charm of being in the Dorsoduro sestieri (which according to one local is the student & artist district). Check in/out was quick and straight forward.

One of the bed was really smelling bad, we ask front desk to change everything and she ask us to talked to maid. Actually it’s their job to give best service. There was no AC and no fan, it was hot for us. We ask them and they said, it’s not summer yet. If we open then windows then mosquito would come inside and bite. There was no net on the window. I would not refer this hotel to anyone.

The apartment we stayed in was away from the hotel but it was very comfortable and spacious for our family. The location was quieter than some of the other more touristy areas. The apartment smelled musty, especially the bathroom, but most of Venice smells like that in June. The A/C worked great and was very nice to come back to after walking around in the heat and humidity.

We were able to let our bagage in the lobby before the room was ready and went on to explore. The AC worked great! I would recommend some footwear for the shower since some of the tiles are broken and wearing off.

Decent room but lots of stairs, toilet seat was broken, light was broken, some things were just broken but the theme of the room was nice. My one big suggestion is get a shower curtain. The entire bathroom turned into an indoor pool every time I showered. Water goes everywhere. Staff were nice.

This is a significant issue, as travelers rely on this information to make informed decisions. * Lack of Transparency: Hotels.com failed to disclose that the booking was for an apartment-style suite with no daily housekeeping. This is a crucial detail that should be clearly stated upfront. * Limited Room Supplies: We had to purchase basic supplies from outside, which is not what one expects from a hotel. This suggests the room was not adequately stocked for the duration of your stay. * Poor Room Condition: The room was in a "bad state," and the comforters were "smelly." Great hotel for a reasonable price

It's a really nice place, it was clean and we were in a quiet street. The only caution I wanted to give other guests, is that our room is about 10 minutes away from the actual hotel. So if you're in the annex building be aware of that. We never used the roof terrace, because it was not convenient to go there. There is a nice little square around the corner where we would get our breakfast. The bed was comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a traveler that wants to be in downtown Venice in a budget.
