It also has a strategic location, just 7 minutes walk from Santa Lucia train station and 10 minutes from the majestic Rialto Bridge.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful square

Lovely apartment, large living room and well appointed kitchen. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean. I wish I could have stayed longer.
