Apartment located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. There is an internal staircase leading to the altana (a terrace built with wooden planks above the roofs of Venetian houses).

We are located in the heart of the city, in the San Marco district, the most charming and renowned because it is home to most of the city’s famous landmarks.



The interior is laid out as follows:



LIVING AREA: living room with a sofa and a relaxation area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, conventional oven, microwave, and toaster. Split-system air conditioning.

BEDROOM: double bed. Split air conditioner.

BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, and toilet; washing machine and dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, and clothesline.



The AC split units can be turned on INDIVIDUALLY, one at a time, and not simultaneously to prevent them from shutting down.

Other things to keep in mind

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Venice. Starting April 25, a pilot program for the access fee to Venice’s historic center will be in effect. By following the instructions in the template, you can download a voucher for free access to Venice’s historic center.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
