The entrance is independent. You will enjoy maximum privacy.

Incognito Hideaway

The spacious apartment is well-equipped for 1-3 guests. It is also in a prime location close to San Marcos Square, water bus/taxi/gondola, a variety of restaurants and lots of shopping.

Awesome in Venice!

Well to say the least..even though the “Sanchez / Bezos wedding was the talk of the town during our stay..and the 500 million super yacht..and the glitz and glamour..they fortunately overlooked the least likely of vacation paradise accommodations in all of Italy!! A quiet..quaint little abode..deep in the center of San Marco..a narrow street and unassuming doorway to nirvana..small in size..but huge on satisfaction and even more in comfort..tastefully accoutremented with the essentials to make the stay unique..our own home cooked meals..ingredients found in local markets..wine again part of the spirit of the city..and after a hot day exploring the twists and turns and foods and delights..back to an excellent bed..air conditioned comfort and very very quiet streets..and friendly neighbours..our hosts Agata & Andrea and their on-site colleague Ernst provided seamless and ( diligent ) communication to ease our stay..one day we will return to Venice..we would hope to re-acquaint ourselves with St. Marks Square in 100 steps!!

Amazing Venezia on the steps of San Marco

Venice is unquestionably the most romantic city on earth and to have such a wonderful place to stay so close to all the main attreactions we wanted was perfect!

Nice and convenient

The apartment was very close to St Mark’s Square, extremely convenient. It was very clean and roomy enough to spread out and be comfortable. The only drawback is the tiny bathroom with the toilet and shower combo. It worked for a couple of days but if I were staying longer I wouldn’t have been happy with the bathroom size. Then again, it’s Venice and there’s not much the owner could do about that. Check in was a little complicated because the owner was trying to communicate with me and we didn’t have cell service in Italy so I wasn’t receiving the messages.

SOOOOO nice place, the location is so Great. The owners very disponible and helpful so are the girls who came to meet us! Rent this appart. Only thing it is very dark inside.

Great Stay

It was a perfect location, very accessible and clean. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Just a suggestion... Don't make the renters figure out where to dump trash... Let the cleaning service do that.

Fantastic Location!!!

This apartment was perfect. So close to everything. No more than 10 minute walk to almost everything. Property manager was super helpful throughout our stay. Place was clean and had all we needed. Bed was basically a King and very comfortable. Quiet location. Loved everything about it!

A very quaint property with most things you needed. Tucked away in a quiet alley. Very old, needs a little repairing on the front door which looks like it's broken. The price was very high we thought but perhaps that's how it is in Venice. The people we dealt with were very helpful.

The property location was exactly as described. The property condition was described accurately. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager, Alessandra, was very pleasant, easy to communicate with, and spoke good english. My wife and I would stay at this property again.

I was forced to find a new place to stay when I arrived. Despite the fact that I contacted the owners about my disability and was told there were no stairs but a heavy front door, the ledge to even get in the front door was at least 2 feet high and the door was not just heavy- it was impossible to open without two fully functioning hands and significant body weight applied while turning the key. I have the use of only one hand which I told them and it was not possible to get in and out of the apartment. Both the lady who showed up to let us in and my husband had great difficulty opening the door and they have strong fully functioning bodies. . It was similarly difficult to open the door from the inside and I could not risk getting trapped inside or locked out of my home for the week. I find it hard to believe that others have not had similar trouble and yet the owners have not refunded even though I had already paid for the entire week They had the insensitivity to offer me a 5% discount on my next stay! Unbelievable!!
Waiting at the front door to be let in was the extent of my stay.
I was inside as long as it took my husband to find a new place to stay.

Great location

The property overall is wonderful. While the pictures are accurate, we were not expecting such a tiny (I mean smaller than a cruise ship bathroom). The walls could use a good cleaning and the front door while beautiful is in need of repairs. There is AC which was a deal breaker for us , however, we did not know until check in that you can’t use it unless it’s 27 degrees in the room. I think with a few minor touch ups it would be an even more wonderful place. Overall I would stay again as the location is fantastic

Nice little spot!

We had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay. Shower/bath was a little small, but unless you are a really large person it is fine. Even my wife (who is not large at all) was able to get use to the all-in-one style bath. Location is great once you are comfortable that you can find apartment again after drinking. Great location so close to St. Marc’s that you won’t believe it. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with. Email a question about restaurant or a place to visit and the response is quick and insightful.

We were communicated with on WhatsApp regarding the meet up with a representative from ‘The Venice Neighborhood’ and that went smoothly. Alessandra met us there and showed us around the property and gave us all the info regarding trash pickup and recycling which is a big deal in Venice. She also gave us lots of local references for restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the property. Great location to everything and Yes, only steps from St Marks Square. Very spacious apartment with comfortable bed and nice shower. The washing machine was very easy to use and had a short wash cycle which is a plus in Italy! Good sized drying rack for laundry provided. It was around the corner from a couple of Cafes for our morning cappuccino. We used Vaise luggage storage (just a few min walk away) on our last day to store our luggage for a late flight. It was an excellent value for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Buyer Beware

Understandably, the property managers had to attend to a family concern which was no problem for us. When we arrived to Venice to meet with the property manager’s contact, the contact rushed us several times telling us through text that we had to get to the property asap because she had an appointment to attend to. She told us this twice and we previously informed her of when our train would arrive. She should have had the common sense to assume that there maybe delays. It was not a good first impression and it was extraordinarily rude. We kept her updated every step of the way and she should have understood that getting through the streets and alley ways in Venice with luggage is generally a tricky task. Her rudely rushing us made it ten times worst. The pictures soliciting the flat are brighter but do not show the bathroom. The bathroom does not have a divider between the toilet and the shower and the flat was a little dusty. For the most part, the flat was livable but disappointing and not as clean as it should have been. In fact, my husband discovered a blood stain on the fitted sheet of the bed. Also, the sliding door of the bedroom doesn’t close all the way and we found it difficult to close the sliding door of the bathroom. The flats saving grace is it’s washer. The pictures present a modern, bright, and cozy flat. What we got was a flat that needed updates in furniture, needed to be cleaned further, and a highly rude interaction with a person who checked us into the flat. To make a long story short, we will not be renting this place again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
