This stylish apartment at St. Mark\'s, completely refurbished in 2020, is in a 17th-century Venetian house in which, a recent renovation, has combined the original architectural elements with contemporary touches. It consists of a living room with a very well equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a second bathroom. From the windows, you can enjoy a charming view of a small canal where gondolas pass by.

Enjoy the Venetian relaxing atmosphere while looking out to a canal scene that\'s barely changed in many centuries. This renovated apartment in a 17th-century building also offers modern luxuries such as a rain shower and Smart TV.

The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated with someone of a kind piece of furniture, carefully chosen to offer a refined atmosphere. In both, there is a double bed.

Perfect location for a stay in Venice

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had plenty of space and were able to stay cool on some very hot days. Check in and check out was very easy. I highly recommend staying at this property!
