Our apartment was located in an ancient marvelous big mansion. Wonderfully furnished apartment. I felt as if I were the only inhabitant inside that wonderful home. As if I were the sole owner!

Family vacation with car

Beautiful place. We arrived by car, and the parking is behind locked gates. The appartments are in a palazzo, our appartment was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. Kitchen and bathroom new and well equipped. Perfect as base for a visit to Venice, local morning bus will take you directly, from just outside the gate. Garden and pool area is quiet, calm and with enough sunbeds and parasols. Very helpful and nice personnel in reception.

Super pour visiter Venise

Très bel endroit pour visiter Venise. Appartement de charme dans un petit domaine avec une belle bâtisse, communication facile avec les propriétaires Check in Check out très facile. Possibilité de laisser les bagages quand vous repartez accès Venise en 20 minutes (Piazzale Roma). arrêt de bus, juste à côté de la résidence, les propriétaires parlent français.

Tiny shower cabin in a huge apartment. Why cant they build a bigger shower cabin? Its old and compact. Very strange layout. Regretted staying here. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Also, the gardeners mowed the lawn at freaking 0830 in the morning. Loud as hell.

Tenant returns home to the apartment we were in!

Everything was fine until the long-term TENANT of the apartment we'd been given returned to HIS HOME, unlocked HIS door and barged in to find us sitting on HIS sofa, watching HIS TV , eating off HIS crockery, using HIS washing machine...etc.etc. This created a deeply unpleasant couple of hours where the Villa staff tried to explain to him and us just why they thought it was OK to rent out someone's home out from under them. I'd be speechless if I wasn't so furious. This is not acceptable in any level.

Charming but disappointing

We were initially allocated a family room adjacent to the reception and pool which was not a good location. The apartment had several faults and the layout was awkward. The aircon was also faulty. The woman who ran reception was excellent but the owner was very dismissive. It took a lot of persuasion to be allocated a new room, which was much better in the end. The pool is a soft-sided large paddling pool rather than a proper pool with loads of mosquitoes and wasps. Journey into Venice is more like an hour in the evening and we had to wait half an hour for our connection sat on the kerb (although the morning bus was a true 25min). The apartments are really well decorated and charming (apart from the one near reception) but better aircon and better customer service would go a long way.

Perfektes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man Venedig sehr schnell. Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig. Haben super dort geschlafen! Man könnte allerdings viel mehr aus der Anlage machen!

Lovely relaxing stay outside of Venice

This hotel is amazing, our suite was fantastic with wooden beams and felt very homely. The grounds are lovely to walk around and then you have the option to sunbath and chill by the pool with other hotels near Venice do not offer. You can use bikes to get around and there is a good transport links to Venice. Only disadvantage is that this can take over a hour to get saint marks square and involves a bus, tram and water boat.

Great for families and chilling out !!!

Great location for families, clean and friendly staff. Good cooking and cleaning facilities in apartments. Good bus and tram routes to Venice, and has a swimming pool on-site. Ideal location for seeing Venice during the day, and chilling out in a quieter location in the evening.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Gut per PKW erreichbar, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Fahrzeit per Bus nach Venedig aber 30-45 Min. Klasse: Pool im Garten, Parkplatz auf verschlossenem Grundstück. Unsere Ferienwohnung war leider im nicht so ansprechenden Nachbargebäude. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet (IKEA-Style). Allerdings gab es keine Kaffee-Maschine und keinen Toaster aber Backofen, Ceranfeld und Spülmaschine. Keine Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu trocknen, kein Balkon oder Terrasse nur Balkongeländer vor 3 Fenstern. Im Hauptgebäude große überdachte, möblierte Terrassen. Bei der Buchung wird empfohlen, das Hauptgebäude auszuwählen. Sehr nette Betreuung durch Antonio an der Rezeption. Möglichkeit, ein Fahrrad zu nutzen. Mit den wenigen genannten Abstrichen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel liegt fernab von jedem Venedig-Trubel. Vor der Haustür gibt es jedoch eine Bushaltestelle. Von dort fahren regelmäßig und pünktlich verschiedene Busse direkt nach Venedig (Fahrzeit ca 20 min)

We stayed on a ground floor apartment, unfortunately was very noisy from the upstairs apartment, could hear every flush and chairs dragging and their inconsiderate use of washing machine at midnight. The one bedroom apartment was quite cramped when sofabed opened up. Our room had a damp smell which was very obvious each time we enter the room. There was a small hiccup when we arrived by car as the reception was not manned continuously, this was about 4 p.m., we had to wait outside the gate for 10min, trying to buzz reception to open the gate. On the positive note, the outside space was nice and had a lot more potential to be luxurious. The trampoline was probably the best fun thing. The swimming pool was not yet opened for the season. Overall, it was okay but not value for money and I didn't think the photos lived up to expectations

Clean, Spacious apartment- friendly staff

Hotel was kind of tricky to find mainly because bus stops aren't labeled but if you ask your bus driver to notify you of your stop you should be fine. Also keep an eye on the Villa Moro Lin sign over the opposite bus stop. Hotel grounds were clean and well kept, the apartment we were given was spacious, comfortable and clean. Most importantly, getting to Venice was really easy and cheap considering that bus/tram tickets are only 1.50 each way. The surrounding area felt very safe and it was nice to come home to the peace and quiet away from the large crowds.

Schöne Anlage - perfekt mit Kindern

Sehr schöne Anlage mit großzügigen Appartements. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Venedig ist mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen, aber mit den Kindern kann man auch gut einen Tag am Pool verbringen!

Stupenda struttura che accoglie anche gli animali

Siamo stati benissimo. Quattro più il cane. La struttura è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici che portano a Venezia, immersa nel verde, con una bella piscina, molto curata anche nei dettagli e soprattutto, per noi, ci hanno consentito di portare il cane e di lasciarlo in camera quando non potevamo portarlo con noi. Ci tornei subito!
