Chalet, Calme Absolu, Vue, et Piscine

Recent chalet, of very good standing, in the middle of nature and quiet, located 200 m from the village, 15 minutes from Carcassonne and its medieval city (10km). Very secure place, near the owners' house. Two good electric bikes are available, ping-pong table, and unlimited access to the superb heated swimming pool with magnificent views of the Pyrenees.
Numerous marked hiking trails in the black mountain. Close to Montolieu, the Book Village, Sayssac and the Cathar castles.
The accommodations are totally autonomous, very clean, towels provided, satellite TV and HD wifi. Very recent facilities.
Travellers' access: private terrace, garden, and swimming pool in most often exclusive mode because we only swim occasionally...
