Clocktower Inn Ventura
The breakfast was tiny but the staff very nice, we changed rooms 3 times, we have never changed rooms in our lives, beds bad, TVs that didn't work, avoid room 124, terrible bed and backs up to the homeless sleeping in the park, my back will never be the same but the staff was awesome

It right on the beach, but parking is questionable at the very least. If you are not using valet, your self parking in a shady garage.
