About this property
Cozy Beachfront Cottage #1
- The vintage Cottage, lovingly restored, is one of six on a one-acre property on the southern shore of Lake Erie. The Cottage sits approximately 350 feet away from the shoreline. The Cottage is approximately 450 sq feet (think tiny house!) and features two double beds, a shower bath, Roku television, air conditioning, and a full kitchen. The sleeper sofa provides an extra sleeping option for a total of five persons stay. Linen and towels are provided. 110 feet of Lakefront (size of beach dependent on Mother Nature). Fire ring with firewood provided for s'mores. BBQ grills available for outdoor meals. NEW in 2024: Three sandstone patios at the waterfront provide views of the Lake & its awesome sunsets. If accessibility is an issue, beautiful views of Lake Erie and gorgeous sunsets can also be viewed from the large waterfront backyard to complete your day!
