Summary:
A fully renovated studio on one of the liveliest corners of Vernazza, steps from Piazza Marconi and the sea. Ground floor entrance — just 9 steps from the piazza, one of the easiest to reach in the whole village. Ideal for 2, sleeps up to 4.
The Space:
On the ground floor, an induction kitchen with dining corner and a comfortable double sofa bed, for those who'd rather not climb to the loft. Air conditioning with heat pump, Smart TV, Wi-Fi. In the wooden loft, a double bed for quiet nights above the village lanes. Fully renovated bathroom with shower, continuous-flow water heater for unlimited hot water.
Guest Access:
Just 9 steps from the main square — one of the easiest homes to reach in all of Vernazza. Exclusive access to the whole studio.
The Neighborhood:
Vernazza, the most photographed village in the Cinque Terre, with its little harbour, Castello Doria, and a piazza that comes alive every evening. Steps from the square and the swimming spots.
Getting Around:
The train station is a few minutes' walk. If driving, there's a public car park above the village (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), with a shuttle down to the start of the pedestrian zone and then a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes). Booking the car park in advance is recommended (roughly €20/day).
Other Things to Note:
Heating is switched off by Italian law from 1 April to 8 November.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus, where a kitchen is available, our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included, with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout.
Concierge office in Vernazza open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.
Full identity verification is a legal requirement in Italy, so guests must check in in person.

Interaction with Guests:
Assisted check-in from 3:00pm to 7:00pm; self check-in from 7:00pm to 10:00pm with instructions sent in advance. No check-in possible after 10:00pm — past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway: far better to plan a calm arrival the next day than face the stress of arriving this late. A small dog is welcome for a €70 supplement per stay, on a lead in communal areas, not allowed on beds or sofas.
