This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has a King bed (bedroom) & Queen sofa bed (living room)- perfect for a couple, small group or family getaway. Located in The Appalachian, right next to Mountain Creek Resort! In the heart of Vernon Valley-near farms, golf, the Appalachian Trail & Warwick, NY.

Located right at the mountain’s edge, The Appalachian puts you within walking distance of Mountain Creek Ski Resort & Waterpark/Bike Park - Ski Lifts OPEN! - (check Mountain Creek’s Mountain Report on their website for current conditions & updates - lift tickets not included). An inviting base for families, couples, and friends to enjoy adventure, relaxation, and everything in between.

Your Stay Includes:

· Enjoy our year-round heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna & fitness room! Open daily (10AM–10PM, Fri/Sat ‘til 11PM!). Pool towels aren’t provided, so feel free to bring your own!

· Private balcony with views of Red Tail Lodge, the beginner slope, and sunsets over Vernon Valley (not poolside).

· Stocked kitchenette - Keurig, filtered water, full-size fridge, induction cooktop, toaster oven, dishwasher, and all the essentials - just a note, there’s no full-sized oven.

· Enjoy your favorite shows and movies with streaming apps available on both TVs - just log in with your own accounts (Please note, standard cable and our personal accounts are not included).

· Linens, bath towels, and starter bath products provided

· Free parking for one car in the heated underground garage

· On-site laundry - app/coin-operated machines

· We always stick to our cancelation policy - We highly suggest purchasing trip insurance through Generali.

Once you’re here, you’ll love how walkable some attractions are! Mountain Creek Resort is just steps from the building—no need to drive. Whether you're heading to the slopes, the waterpark, or dining nearby, everything is easily accessible on foot.

Need to venture a bit farther? Parking is free and easy throughout the area, and most spots are just a short scenic drive away. If you're looking for a little day trip, Warwick, NY is only 10 minutes north and full of charming shops, restaurants, and seasonal events.

While ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft are limited in this rural area, local taxis and car services are available with a little advance notice.

For a smooth, carefree visit, we recommend arriving by car and settling in for a stay full of adventure, beauty, and convenience!

· We’re located in The Appalachian building, but are a privately owned condo, not part of the hotel, things can be lively at times!
· Lift and Waterpark tickets are not included with your stay.
· For the latest on Mountain Creek activities and dining, please check with them directly- we aren’t responsible for their updates.
· We aren’t able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you need extra time, booking the night before/after is your best option.

· Kindly review our House Rules and Checkout procedures before booking to ensure a smooth, surprise-free stay.

· You’ll receive a personal access code for the condo - just for your stay.
· Please keep windows and balcony door closed when using heat or A/C to stay comfortable & keep bugs out.
· Don’t forget to bring pool/waterpark towels and Pack ’N Play sheets if needed.
· The fireplace is turned off during the warmer months.
· A ski locker is available on site for winter guests.

· Building amenities like the elevator, WiFi, pool, hot tub, and sauna are not managed by us, so we can’t guarantee their availability.
· Rare disruptions - such as power outages, fire alarms, building noise, or poor weather - can happen and are beyond our control.

· No parties, pets, smoking, or outside vendors, please.
