Great location and accommodation is in a beautiful historic building. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Only downside is if you are tall the upper level rooms may not suit you.

Owner is very friendly. Greeted us very nicely. Beautiful modern room and bathroom with all amenities, very clean. We stayed there one night after opera in Arena di Verona and loved it.

Hotel position is good, room is clean and the staff is very nice special Silvia provided the best service which i really appreciated it. Only need to be attention the rooms have to climb up 3-4 stairs without elevator :-)

It's not a hotel. It's rooms in a building converted into hotel rooms. No elevator and no staff to help with luggage. My room about 40 steps up. Had difficulty getting cab service back to the train. The owners were never around and not much help. On a positive note, the room was walkable distance to the major attractions. The small restaurant downstairs was wonderful.

Fantastic place second time i have checked in to a place with no staff but it was such an easy thing to do once i got instructions via what’s app and the room was very spacious and clean i would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Verona as it’s just a short walk from Juliet’s house and the other main sites of Verona the only thing that let me down was the weather!planning a trip next year hopefully it will be free

Spacious and comfortable room

This property is a gem in Verona. Just across the river from the old town, the room was spacious, very clean, had a really comfortable bed and the owners were very helpful getting us checked in. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was great, great location close to the city, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. The only bad thing was that there was no proper reception (we were greeted by Giulia and never saw anyone else) and there was no kettle or coffeemaker in the room.

The room was basic and adequate for one night, as we were attending the opera. As we had an attic room my husband had to crouch most of the time to avoid banging his head. If we had had to stay for more than one night it would have felt cramped. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated. We also had to call for check in details after the agreed check in time.

Goede locatie en zeer netjes. Wat vervelend onder een schuin dak zodat we ons hoofd enkele keren stootten. De dichtstbijzijnde brug naar het centrum is monenteel gesloten voor wegenwerken

Nära centrum

Boendet låg väldigt bra. Man kunde checka in till 20.00 om man inte hade meddelat senare ankomst, vi inte förstod orsaken eftersom man kommer in med koderna. Men ägarna var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Eftersom man måste lämna rummet 10.30 så måste bagaget tas med. På hotellen kan man oftast lämna bagaget i bagagerummet om man har sena flyg eller tågbiljetter. Vi hade önskat ha shampoo i boendet. I duschen fanns det tvål, vi antar att man kunde ha kunnat använda det även som shampoo, men osäker om detta. Rätt lyhört antar jag eftersom någon granne kom kl 18.00 och bad om tystnad när min man pratade i telefon en kort stund. Mycket märkligt. Vi hörde inget förutom när folk pratade utanför sina rum.

Plusieurs étages à monter pour accéder aux chambres;vous devez être en bonne forme physique. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre. L’air conditionné s’éteint quand il n’y a personne dans la chambre de sorte qu’il fait très chaud quand on y entre. Frigo, près de petits cafés pour déjeuner et d’une petite épicerie très pratique

Nous avions oublié de contacter l’établissement 24h à l’avance pour obtenir les indications relatives à l’arrivée comme demandé, mais nous avons pu facilement contacter l’hôte qui a été très accommodant. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt à Vérone par une journée de pluie et il s’est assuré que notre chambre serait prête rapidement.

Camera molto bella a 2 passi dal centro.

Tutto perfetto. Bella la camera, il bagno privato era comodo e pulito. Comoda la doccia! Apprezzato il frigobar e il self check-in viste le nostre esigenze "particolari" di orario. Valutazione più che positiva!

Amazing little find!

Amazing little find! Piano Tre was perfect for our one night stay in Verona…excellent location for all the main sights, bars and restaurants. Marco greeted us earlier than normal check in and gave us so much advice on how to tour the city in a day! Loved it 😍

Soggiorno a Verona

Camera pulita e veramente in posizione ottimale rispetto al centro. Servono solo poco più di 5 minuti per arrivare nei punti di interesse più importanti. Unica nota, strano odore degli asciugamani. Parcheggio a pagamento distante solamente 3 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.
