"I have wanted to go Poets Cove for a long time but couldn't afford it. I was finally able to and it was big disappointment. The furniture in the rooms were old and warn out. There were stains on the carpets. Definitely not a 4 star resort, over priced. They had a wonderful automatic sprinkler system that watered over grown shubs and weeds. The whole place needs updating and a refresh. At one time a long time time ago it was probably a magical place. The best part and only good part was the view...

"I arrived quite late at night and left at breakfast the next morning so I didn’t interact with any staff. As such, I can really only review the room. The upside: my late arrival was accommodated with ease. Parking and getting to my room were simple and quick. The room itself was quite large, with a sitting area where one could unwind for the day. The downside: My room could use a refresh. The style is fussy, think artificial flowers and lace. The bathroom has the original fixtures and tub so...
