Både da vi ankom midt om natten pga af aflyste fly og ikke havde fået mad i 12 timer og nattevagten gik i køkkenet og fandt lidt snacks til os og da vores bagage aldrig dukkede op som planlagt fra lufthavnen, var de søde og ringe rundt for at finde ud af hvor bagagen var. "Stayed for 5 nights and really liked this hotel. It has a family feel. My room ( Deluxe) was generous in size and fully modernised. All very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful ( had to deal with a train strike affecting my stay) and the buffet available in the restaurant in the evening was just what I wanted with a good range of choices. For me being able to control portion size was a real plus. The hotel is very convenient for shops and the beach."
