The house is composed of: entrance through a 15 sqm external fenced outdoor area with table and chairs, steps to the 1st floor where you can find the kitchen-dining area (4 stoves), oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, 1 French styled sofa-bed (120 cm), exit to the c.ca 7sqm balcony equipped with table and chairs for your dining al fresco and washing machine corner.
Internal stairs to the 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with exit to the c.ca 7 sqm balcony and A/C, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin; A/C in the landing next to the door of the second bedroom.
The house is furnished with care and in a modern style and it’s very bright. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Public parking near the property, possibility of loading and unloading in front of the house.
