Loved that this property was right across from the beach. Rented bikes and explored. There is a beautiful park close by too. Close to everything! Staff was helpful and accommodating.

Rooftop view was nice, it is close to the beach which is great. Breakfast was ok. AC exists but does not get frosty how you expect from hotels in the states. We had a triple room, very tiny and shower is very small as well. If you need a place to stay convenient to the beach come here. They will try to sell u a package to use the beach across the street for 27 euro in July. If you go to Elizabeth beach club on your own you can get a cheaper price.

Kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Das Zimmer war klein, der Schrank war aber groß, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück auf der wunderbaren Aussichtsterrasse wurde von freundlicher Bedienung serviert.

Utmärkt hotell med bra erbjudande till stranden.

Nära till allt och vi tittade på alternativ men de är bra. Sedan sökte vi aktiviteter och de hjälpte oss med att hitta saker. Så det var en mycket skön semester.

San Francisco hotel very positive experience!

Hotel is ideally located on The passeggiata in Viareggio. Service very good, breakfast very nice and hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms are small with modest furnishings but clean & adequate. Shower in our room very small. Towels very good. Pillows & bed very firm. Would very definitely stay here if in the area in the future. Convenient parking across the street from hotel.
