We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were so welcoming. The wellness rooftop was absolutely stunning and they also surprised us with a cute breakfast outside our door on our last day. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay!

Great experience at VI Suites! We arrived after the front desk closed, but were able to get in the building with a code sent to us through WhatsApp and easily check-in with their automated system. The room was very large and had the amenities of any other hotel (shampoo, body wash, etc) but with the additional bonus of a little kitchen to use. We especially loved the extra cold air conditioning and how dark the room got with the automated shutters. We had to set an alarm or we would’ve slept the day away in pure comfort. The large rooftop patio was also a nice little perk to our stayed. We spent multiple nights up there enjoying a bottle of wine from a store around the corner (Conad). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beach that this hotel partnered with was a 5 minute walk and cost €25 for the day. All the beaches are private, so this was expected and we were happy to pay to get the comfy loungers and umbrella. Overall, highly recommend!

Well maintained facility. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff nice and friendly. Rooftop with 2 jacuzzi’s very nice. Truly an apartment setting with all necessary equipment. Also plenty of places to eat near by. Loved the pizza place they recommended. Quite and easy to come and go. Close to train station. Our room 205 was huge. The beach is close but very busy.

This place was better than I could have hoped for - so very new and modern in an ancient place. Best of all worlds. Incredible blackout shades. Very effective AC. Walking distance to all Viareggio has to offer (the beaches!). Shout out to Giacomo! Before our visit we reserved two different beach clubs - Bagno La Pia was excellent as was the restaurant there. Bagno Amedea was not great - they overcharged not realizing I had a reservation and did not apply the 10% discount (coupon from Vu Suites) for the new services either.

A wonderful building with clean, comfortable and well equipped suites. There was a little mix up with our room allocation but it was resolved promptly. Staff are friendly and efficient. Its minutes from the beach and about ten minutes to the train station so is an ideal base for exploring surrounding Tuscan towns. We will definitely stay again

Fräckt, rent och all bekvämlighet som vi önskade. Skönt att ha ett kylskåp, fixade en lättare lunch på hotellrummet. Fin jacuzzi med bord och stolar, extra fint med ha tillgång till jacuzzin på kvällen, takterrassen blev en extra yta att vara på kvällen.
