THE MOBILHOME:
Air-conditioned mobile home for up to 8 people. Composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC + 1 bathroom and 1 WC in the Mazet (private outbuilding on the plot, ideal for the return of the beach), semi covered terrace.
Kitchen equipped with a gas hob 4 burners, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster ...
TV, radiator in each room, reversible air conditioning, black out curtain in every room, blankets, pillows, sofa bed, ironing set, baby equipment (cot, mattress, high chair), household products provided.
Garden furniture, gas BBQ, 2 sunbeds, 3 bicycles (1 VTC man, 1 woman city bike with luggage rack and basket for small races, 1 bike child 6-12 years and a baby seat + anti-theft), clothes rack , boules, beach toys, vehicle location.
Mobile home located in the district of Mazet, in a quiet alley, trees, while being close to all amenities, the pool and entertainment, and ideally located to go directly to the beach (700m by a pedestrian path).

CAMPING :
The campsite CARABASSE very green and beautifully flowered is composed of a large aquatic complex of 1500m² to relax with two swimming pools including a heated, 4 large slides, a small pool, a large paddling pool, jacuzzi, whirlpool and massage.
Many quality entertainment for family fun all season: dancing, cabaret, karaoke, concerts, theme nights, large variety shows, aqua gym, aquabike, water polo, football tournaments, volleyball, petanques ...
For a successful holiday, the Kids Club (free!) is available all day from 1 year old and also for teenagers: 1-4 years old club club, Pirates club 5-9 years, Barracudas club 10-14 years old.
No need for cars, everything is within walking distance: grocery store, bread store, newspapers, bars, snacks, pizzeria, caterer, restaurants, laundromat within the campsite. Free Wifi at the 2 bars of the campsite.
To share activities, multisport field (tennis, football, petanque, basketball and volleyball).

CONDITIONS :
Rental from Sunday to Sunday in high season.
Reservation by contract, holiday checks accepted. Mobile home non-smoking inside, our pets are not accepted.

Possible rental on weekends or 3-4 nights low season

Everything is included in the price except the additional Fun Pass (name bracelet allowing access to the water park and animations)
Prices Fun Pass to the week: July - August: 43 € / adult, 21 € / from 4 to 17 years; May - June - September: 21 € / adult, 10 € / from 4 to 17 years old. Possibility to take it by the day.
