The owner was exceptionally welcoming, reaching out before our arrival to arrange parking and personally greeting us upon check-in. He gave us a tour of the property and recommended several dining options, including a super family-style restaurant just steps away from the B&B. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, highlighted by a wonderful breakfast spread on the terrace with breathtaking views of the coastline and Mount Vesuvius.

A Napolitan Dream

This is serviced bed&breakfast. The Host is working on transforming the b&b into a unique space that will host events, music, gastronomy and more to come. Kevin is giving extra care and attention, the location has beautiful views, everything is freshly upgraded and furnished. We loved our stay, and there is more to come. Highly recommended!

Vesuvio View was by far our favorite of the three places we stayed during our 8 day trip to Italy. The room itself was immaculately clean and nicely designed. The view was great from the terrace. The location in Seiano was perfect, nice and quiet but still accessible by train (we appreciated being away from the mobs of tourists once we saw what Sorrento was like). The walk down to the beach is especially beautiful. Above everything though was the incredible service from our host Kevin. He made us feel totally at home- giving us great recommendations, setting out a nice breakfast each morning, and lending us beach towels or whatever else we needed. Truly a great experience!

Our host, Kevin was fantastic! Kevin was always available if we needed him and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was .memorable. Seiano is a smaller town without all of the crowds and tourists found in Sorrento and Naples. Vesuvius View is an easy 400m walk from the train station. The town has a few restaurants within walking distance along with a market right below. Our accommodation was spotless and charming. From the train station, you can easily get to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. Kevin can also offer places to see and experience off of the tourist route that will be equally interesting. I will definitely stay at Vesuvius View on our next visit to southern Italy. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Kevin, for everything.

Dreaming of Italy

Amazing stay at Vesuvio View! Kevin, the host, made our stay very comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and bus stop. Every morning, the delicious smell of homemade croissants filled the air - such a treat. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The walk to the beach was a pleasant 15 minutes, but be prepared for a good workout on the way back up! Highly recommend this spot.

Excellent B&B. Large,CLEAN/spotless rooms. Great views, nice balcony off our room. Host Kevin is very nice, he advised us on local (walking distance) restaurants and attractions. Fabulous deli/grocery store on street level. All restaurants Kevin recommended turned out fabulous. Book early, only 4 suites. 6 stars!

La stanza era molto pulita e comoda, dotata di ogni comfort necessario. I servizi offerti dall’hotel sono eccellenti, con un personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Location was good. Bath, shower, balcony were good. A bit noisy being above the street. Cafe and deli close by. We rented a car to drive along the Amalfi coast. Beautiful but nerve racking. Parking was €18. per day. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Very nice guesthouse that help u to blend into the surrounding charming ambience....the location is very good with a balcony on a great panoramic view to the mountain and sea (charming😉)...its 20 mins drive to sorrento and 45 mins drive to positano...there is an average beach close to the hotel and also a good marina where u can take ferries and boats to any place on the coast u like and also there is some nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the same building....The room is wide nice clean with amazing decoration..The owners (the lady and her husband) were very very nice to us and very hospitable and provide us with lot of info and wt to do and help us to get a garage for our car...it was an amazing stay and i strongly recommend this place if u want to get into the mood of this beautiful area of italy...

Vesuvio View is a stunning little B&B in a little town called Seiano (a ten minute train ride from Sorrento). The room was beautiful, incredibly clean and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the surrounding mountains, the gulf of Naples and aptly, Vesuvius. Maria (the owner) is an absolute gem of a human and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We really couldn't have asked for a better person to give us an idea of what's in the area and the places worth visiting. The day before we arrived, we received a WhatsApp message from Maria asking how we would be getting to Seiano, and upon hearing we were getting the train, sent us some foolproof directions on how to get to the B&B from the station. She really did go above and beyond and eliminated any stress we may have had about finding the place or getting to know the area. All in all, it's a stunning place and we wouldn't wish to stay anywhere else when we visit the region again!
