I liked the property it was a good location . Some concerns I have were my washroom had someone else’s hair on the floor . The floor was not very clean and the shower fell was empty so we had to use shampoo to wash ourselves .

Everything was clean and updated. The paper in the room said that breakfast was until 11 on Sunday but it was closed at 10am so I was a bit confused. Hot tub would have been a nice addition but overall nice clean hotel with lots of parking

Staff were great. Hotel and breakfast as expected. Parking was provided but not overly clear where to check in so be aware to drive around the back of the hotel (there’s an entrance and “front” desk there :)…otherwise great. We booked the handicap accessible suite because that was the room with a king bed-the bathroom is huge. **Of note-there are no keurigs now so if you are a coffee snob (like me) all that’s in the hotel is the machines by the front desk** We made other arrangements-there’s a Starbucks, Serious Coffee nearby (quick drive) or Tim’s just across.

Pool was really small and the room felt like a sauna. The rooms near the roadways didn't have enough sound deadening and you could hear all the traffic. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of selection and good coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was okay but they could use some variety in the menu rather than the same thing daily. We booked 5 people in a room but it was only setup for 3 yet it's a larger room. Response times in the evening is not that great because they only have a single front desk staff to handle all queries. We had room service clean out room they took out 5 towels and only replaced with 3 again what's the purpose of having a guest list if they don't use it accordingly. Beyond these the stay was pleasant and the hotel is located very central to get around and plenty of shopping close by for basic needs. Gas station across the road which is a bonus for filling up ahead on long day trips.
