Casa Playa is a stunning beachfront home on PEI’s peaceful south shore, overlooking the Northumberland Strait. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the spacious deck or cozy living room, and explore miles of sandy, secluded beach—perfect for swimming and beachcombing.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area features vaulted ceilings, a striking stone fireplace, and warm wood finishes. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and island seating. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and unwind with a large flat-screen TV.
Up a spiral staircase, the loft offers water views, a games table, and treadmill. Beyond is the spacious primary suite with king bed and luxurious ensuite—complete with jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. The main floor includes three more bedrooms (one queen, two with single-over-double bunks), a full bath, and laundry.
Outside, enjoy dining on the deck, relaxing on the covered porch, or gathering around the fire pit. The large yard is perfect for kids, and beach access is just steps away.
Located in Victoria West, Casa Playa is under an hour to Confederation Bridge and just over an hour to Charlottetown. Ideally situated for exploring North Cape Coastal Drive attractions—from West Point Lighthouse and Cedar Dunes to the Potato Museum, Acadian music in Abrams Village, and the Stompin’ Tom Centre.
