"Stayed in the California room which was a separate building from the main houses which was very private. It is listed as a two story building and the floor plans indicate that it's all attached ... It is not, so it was a little disappointing when arriving to find that out. It is conveniently located to alot of shops, restaurants and activities which was great. Breakfast is available for $18 other than a grab and go option which we didn't take part of so I can't say what the options were but with that in mind, it really shouldn't be listed as a B&B."

"I had a last-minute need for a four day stay in Gettysburg for a conference. This establishment came close to my budget. The facility is a former Econo-Lodge and it is a bit dated. Having said that, it is obvious that the owners are very particular on keeping the rooms clean and presentable. My room was clean, the bed linens clean and crisp and the bathroom was also clean. I did use the air conditioner as the temps were in the 80's. The compressor made a loud noise upon start each time, so I did not use it at night, but it really wasn't needed. They do collect a security deposit for incidental damage upon check-in, I was concerned about it, but it was refunded back onto my credit card a couple of hours after my departure."

"The staff is very kind and helpful from the receptionists to the room cleaning staff. The hotel itself is slightly dated even with the more retro look they are going for so as long as you’re okay with not having the newest version you will be okay. It was not luck the floor clean but well enough for the price and a family with kids and dogs! Seriously no complaints it was perfect for the price and my teen kids actually asked if we come back to stay there again!! I slept wonderfully on the beds too!"
