You get what you pay for it suited our needs the apartment could do with a little updating but it was perfectly fine would stay again good communication from hotel only issue was 1000 check out

Good apartment

Nice apartment. Keys to lift were not received until the last day hence, had to climb up the stairs and down for two days. On a positive note, it was well earned exercise.

Funzionale

Appartamento piccolo con le cose essenziali. Viene offerto il necessario per lavare le stoviglie: spugne, canovaccio, detersivo per piatti, capsule per lavastoviglie. Può essere comodo avere una lavatrice ma non viene fornito niente per utilizzarla e acquistare un flacone nuovo per utilizzarlo una volta sola può essere dispendioso. Fornito di uno stendipanni ma rotto. Ci sarebbe bisogno di una scopa o un’aspirapolvere, perché è presente una scopettina con paletta ma molto piccola. Come in tutte le città si fa la raccolta differenziata ma nei bidoni condominiali è possibile raccogliere solo indifferenziata e carta, quindi è necessario portarsi dietro la spazzatura o delegare chi si occupa delle pulizie. Cuscini estremamente bassi e scomodi. Abbiamo trovato dei capelli sulla parete della doccia e un po’ di polvere per terra. Sulla parete con disegno ci sono diverse macchie. Wc e doccia sono separati, ognuno fornito di una ventola in quanto bagni ciechi ma non funziona quella nel bagno con wc. Ho notato delle macchioline su asciugamani e lenzuola. Sono presenti piatti, bicchieri, posate, tazze, bollitore, tostapane e macchinetta per caffè americano. Vengono offerti anche dei docciaschiuma liquidi e saponette solide. C’è quindi bisogno di maggiore pulizia e attenzione ai dettagli ma si trova in una posizione strategica, perché a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro che permette di raggiungere i principali punti di attrazione e 5 minuti a piedi dal supermercato.

1. Nicht wie auf den Fotos 2. Stickige Luft, haben direkt Kopfschmerzen bekommen. Chemie/ Plastik in der Luft 3. Zimmer enge, dunkle Kammer 4. Küchengeräte laut, keine Tür zum Schlafzimmer 5. Wohnung und Haus sehr heruntergekommen 6. Sexuelle Kunst an Wand, Bilder hingen falsch herum und schief 7. Ameisen 8. Bett kein Doppelbett, sondern 2. Einzelbetten 9. Ganzes Gebäude heruntergekommen Sind nach dem einchecken sofort wieder raus. Vermieter hat keine Lösung und keine Erstattung ermöglicht.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è discreto, la struttura si trova in una posizione ben collegata al centro con la metro a circa otto minuti a piedi, Nei dintorni è presente un supermercato e qualche ristorante ma fondamentalmente è una zona residenziale non turistica. Mi è piaciuta la pulizia Ed il prezzo buono. Non mi è piaciuta la stanza che si trova al piano terra con un’unica finestra che affaccia sulla strada e le persone che praticamente ti guardano in Stanza. In estate circola poca aria in quanto aprire tutta la finestra significa non avere privacy, non è presente aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore, risulta difficile anche utilizzare la cucina in quanto l’ambiente è soffocante, i bagni invece sono più che accettabili come anche la dotazione della cucina che è discreta, segnalo inoltre che è presente Anche un microonde. Consiglio l’alloggio per soggiorni brevi preferibilmente in periodi freddi e per il buon prezzo.

Gillade i stort lägenheten, soffan i vardagsrummet var dock inte fräsch. Det var städat i lägenheten men de höll på att riva ett hus bredvid och byggdammet låg över hela golvet. Vi saknade köksutrustning så som skärbräda och vinglas. Bra med tvätt- och diskmaskin.

We loved everything. The place was big, cozy, clean, with all you need in kitchen, comfortable bed and everything you want from an apartament. It’s also near of market, tram station, parking place if you came with the car. And the team was very nice, happy to help us and patient. We definetly recommend this place!!

Yes to experienced travellers

No receptionist, no elevator , we were on the 3rd floor , seniors not to be happy, close to train, and super maket, cooked breakfast and some suppers, Staying there again , I would , but for first timers very confusing. No maps , no assistance only via emails, 15 minutes to town square via train.

意外な程、快適だったアパートメントホテル

外観が古いため、中に入るまでは少し不安がありました。ところが借りたお部屋はリニューアルされていて綺麗で、清潔で、設備も整っていて満足でした。白を基調とした壁に緑系のデザインが施されていて清々しい感じ。キッチン設備もシャワールームも、大きめのベッドも清潔感があり、気持ちよく生活することが出来ました。WiFiも問題なく使え、LANケーブルに対応してないモバイルPCでも情報の収集が容易にでき、助かりました。最初、鍵の受け渡し時刻が５分刻みなので、申し込んでいた時刻に到着できるか心配していたのですが、トラブルもなくチェックインできて安心しました。建物自体の防音性も高く、ツアーで泊まる有名ホテルよりリラックスして眠ることができました。オッタークリング駅にも近く、ウィーンの中心部へのアクセスも良く、アパート周辺にはスーパーなどの生活用品店もあり、長期滞在しながらウィーンの文化財や史跡、美術館、音楽を楽しむにはもってこいの宿だといえるでしょう。総合評価で５にならなかったのは、建物に入ってから（建物自体の出入り口にも鍵がある）お部屋までの通路が照明がなく夜は真っ暗なこと。予約時にExpediaのスタッフが「空港まで30ユーロぐらいで送迎サービスしてもらえる」と言っていたのに、公式HPに質問したら「No」だったこと。この２つが残念だった点でした。機会があればリピーターになると思います。

Geen Hotel, maar normaal woonappartement!

Dit is een normaal appartement in een complex met voornamelijk goedkope huurappartementen, welke gewoon als woonhuis worden verhuurd. Het appartement was netjes en modern en zag er goed uit, alleen is er slechts een tweepersoonsbed en een uitklap bank in tegenstelling tot de vier normale bedden die ons werden beloofd! Het complex daarin tegen is gewoonweg oud, smerig en het stinkt. Er is 's nachts geen licht in de vrij lange gang. Het staat ook niet in een al te beste wijk. Er is een goede en goedkope parkeergarage om de hoek en de metro zit vlakbij. Bij het appartement is echter niets te vinden, op een kroeg en een simpel Italiaans restaurantje na. Je moet minimaal 1 uur vooraf bellen, zodat iemand de sleutel komt brengen. Dit was ons niet tijdig gemeld, dus wij hebben drie kwartier staan wachten. Het appartement is prima als je een paar dagen met 1 á 2 personen wil verblijven en er zakelijk bent of 's morgens met de metro naar het centrum wilt en pas 's avonds weer terug komt, want het is niet echt duur. Als je ook wat in de omgeving wilt of meer vakantiegangers om je heen wilt, is dit niet aan te raden.

es sind keine Bügel im Schrank, es gibt keine Leselampe am Bett, es fehlt eine Tür zum Flur (Außenflurgeräusche), es gibt zu wenig Haken zum Aufhängen (Waschbeutel im Bad z.B.), es fehlt eine Teekanne, sonst sehr gute Aufteilung, freundliches Personal, gute Lage

Non ci ritornerei

Non mi sono trovata bene in questo appartamento perchè non era come me lo aspettavo. La pulizia era davvero molto approssimativa e il ragazzo che ci ha portato le chiavi era in ritardo e non mi ha trattato assolutamente con cordialità. E' vicino alla metro ma non ci ritornerei assolutamente!!!
