Staff went above and beyond to communicate with me, they lent me an adapter and stored my bag. Room was spotless and very cool. Great location close to train station and city centre. Great price. Good coffee and Manner in the room was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Vienna is a wonderfully walkable city. Here for three days (two nights) the Belverdere suite was perfect. Brilliantly fitted out, funky, fascinating (the old lock and key story bought graphically to life in the decor), convenient and comfortable. Highly, highly recommended. I didn't really interact with any staff but would repeat the visit without hesitation. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Finding the room was confusing without any proper description. Room is nice and clean but on the ground floor with a public view from the yard between the buildings.

I did not get the right information about where the room of the ‘hotel’ was located and how the check in. The room was full of dust and loads of fungi growing on the bathroom walls. I sent the owner videos and photo’s but did not get any reply. We stayed for 5 days. No cleaning in between and the same towel for 5 days

The concept of the hotel is interesting, however there are many areas for improvement that should be taken into account such as the following: 1. for people with very basic needs, there is no easy access 2. there is no room service, nor a way to call in case something is wrong 3. the fact that they use commercial premises as rooms generates insecurity and concern about stokers watching through the window 4. they never change the bedding

Das großartige Konzept hat uns schon in einem Fernsehbericht auf Pro7 bei Galileo begeistert. Unser Grätzl - der Tischler - hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es individuell, modern und mit Bezug auf die Vergangenheit eingerichtet war.

Entisestä liikehuoneistosta remontoitu huone keskellä asuinaluetta. Liikenteen melu hieman kuului, mutta ei häiritsevästi. Huone oli siisti, erittäin hyvässä kunnossa (selkeästi hiljattain remontoitu), kalusteet laadukkaita ja sänky sekä vuodevaatteet erinomaiset! Iso kylpyhuone ja laadukkaat saippuat. Iso jääkaappi ja mahdollisuus myös ruoanlaittoon, jos halusi syödä aamiaisen huoneistossa. Suosittelen.

Very cool apartment with everything we needed

Such a cool apartment and great use of space! Very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nespresso machine was a nice touch and plenty of capsules to go in it. We were very close to Belvedere Palace on a quiet street so the location was great too. The communication was really good too. Very happy.

Super und ruhige Lage ( Bahnhof und Zentrum in einer viertel Stunde erreichbar ). Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Dame im Buro (Rezeption) war sehr freundlich und nett.

Designleilighet sentralt og skjermet

Fantastiske leiligheter i tilbaketrukket gårdsrom som ga oss følelsen å være en del av lokalbefolkningen. Kort gangavstand fra Hbf, og deilige restauranter i nærheten. Gangavstand til alle attraksjoner i det gamle sentrum. Dette stedet vil vi «holde hemmelig» slik at det er ledig når vi kommer tilbake!!!

The property was very modern, clean and tidy. Location was good too and about a 25 minute walk to the city centre. Some nice little restaurants around and a number of supermarkets which were handy.

Boa opção próxima ao Belvedere

A cerca de 600m da estação central de trem de Viena e a 8 minutos a pé da estação Taubstummengasse, muito próximo do Palácio Belvedere, a localização é residencial com bom acesso aos transportes públicos de Viena. Viena é uma cidade cara, o que prejudica a análise de custo x benefício do hotel, entretanto, a infraestrutura do quarto é muito boa e o sistema de aquecimento (viagem em dezembro) funciona perfeitamente. Muito seguro e silencioso. Bicicletas são oferecidas gratuitamente. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Uma boa opção de hospedagem em Viena.

É stato un gradevole soggiorno, camera molto luminosa e confortevole. Ci sono stati problemi con il Wi-Fi il quale nOn ha funzionato per l’intero soggiorno. Consigliato!

Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht der Abbildung, die Expedia bzw. das Grätzl-Hotel selbst auf der Website gezeigt hat. Ich hatte durch einen zusätzlichen Aufpreis die größere Street Suite (35 qm) gebucht – bekam aber nur ein kleineres Zimmer (30 qm) zum Hof hin. Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung. Nur ist es ärgerlich, dass dieses Zimmer (Der Schmied, Belvederegasse 26) nirgends gezeigt wird und einem so etwas ganz anderes vorgegaukelt wird. Hier erwarte ich mehr Transparenz vom Grätzlhotel wie auch von Expedia – das heißt ein klares, "you see what you get" – um Missverständnissen und falschen Erwartungen vorzubeugen. Warum wird dieses Zimmer nicht auf der Webseite gezeigt? Ich kann Ihnen bei Interesse gerne Fotos schicken.
