Sleep Inn & Suites Ruston Near University

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay at the Sleep Inn in Louisiana! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. An added bonus is that it’s located right next door to Texas Roadhouse, which made grabbing dinner super convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area!"

D'Arbonne Lake Motel

8/10 Good

"The rooms are updated but we had car fresheners hung over our lamps and on the ac unit which was odd. But the AC was amazing, parking is easy, and the pool was nice and clean. I only interacted with the front desk attendant and she was nice. This motel has come a long way over the years, and definitely a good choice for a super nice view of the lake. My only real complaint is that the beds are very firm so next time, mattress topper for us!"

Hilltop Hideaway on Lake Darbonne

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay on Lake D'Arbonne! This little one bedroom fishing cabin had everything we needed and more. We spent time sitting on the front porch with a view of the lake and went inside to the air conditioning when it got too hot outside. The kitchen was nice and I even used the iron and ironing board to take some wrinkles out of my new shirt. We used the shower, which had good pressure and plenty of hot water.I only have one complaint. The bed looked nice, but when you lie down, you are forced to the middle because it is shaped like a bowl. It might not be bad for one person, but my wife and I were smashed together in the middle and didn't get a good night's rest.Everything else was great and we would definitely stay there again when in town. Although, I might sleep on the sofa next time."
