Pretty much almost right on the waterfront and easy to walk to the main street and explore the night market and main streets. Staff was nice and easy to check-in/check-out.

I just wanted to thank the nice young lady at reception who, when I rolled in looking disheveled and bone rattled from an overnight train from Bangkok allowed me to check in early. This sort of graciousness combined with a good, clean modern hotel makes customers come back. (I said I would leave a good review and here I am) Great Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast and a comfortable bed and room. My thanks - recommend.

Good value for the area and hotel standard. The area is convenient to all the restaurants, riverside and the night market. What really shine is the staff. Always courteous and accommodating. Some of the staff have a high level of English and others make a great effort when communication is an issue for non-Lao speaking guests. Would definitely stay again.

More than what we expected

We loved our stay to riverside hotel, a true luxury hotel. Bed is comfortable, design is nice and lots of place in the room. The staff is very nice, they speak good English and they helped us with so many things. The breakfast is a buffet and have a lot of choice. It’s very close from night market. Only thing is we had a communicating room and we could hear the conversation on the other side very well but with good earplugs everything is ok.
