Best thing about the hotel is the fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They assisted us again and again. Biggest help was getting train tickets to Luang Prabang.

Very good hotel close to the (non-food) night market. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. Only one downside: The morning coffee at breakfast was crap. Pro tip: Ditch the coffe maker and use instant in stead.. otherwise super stay!

The Hotel is well located. Has a Big and clean room. What we didn't like: They don't have water in the room, which is standard for most of the Hotels in Asia. The breakfast was good, but not much variety. That in our last day, we went for a walk in the morning, and when we went back to our room, at 10:30am, our key didn't work, even though the check-out time was at 12:00 Other than that, everything was good, and we could stay here again.

The room was nice and spacious, the air conditioning was arctic cold, lots of amenities were provided. Breakfast was great! The BBQ pork was very tasty, congee, fried noodles were available. Some western options like eggs, sausages, bread, etc. were also options. The staff were caring and attentive. We would love to come back soon to Riverside Hotel. Thanks for being a part of our vacation!

I am from South Korea. This is my favorite hotel. Staffs are very kind and the room was clean. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is so delicious. Actually, this is my 2nd time to sleep in this hotel. In my opinion, Riverside hotel is the world's greatest hotel
