"Convenient and great value. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Fresh bread salmon smoked salmon omelet bar great coffee and overall amazing selection of meats cheese fresh fruit and so much more. We stayed coming into Norway. Will stay again night before our departure."

"It was a great stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices to suit everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the kids loved it too! They are already looking forward to another stay and can’t wait to come back and experience the ski season. We would definitely love to visit again soon!"

"Great value on a beautiful neighborhood away from Oslo Sentrum, but with easy transportation. Comfortable round with great views. Good breakfast, bar, and restaurant. Great helpful staff."

"We selected the hotel for the view, but the rooms we were given this time did not have a view of the fjord. It was very accessible with a bus stop in front of the entrance. The restaurant was very good, despite the limited selection. The breakfast had a wide selection."

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Norway. Very clean, and comfortable beds. Full breakfast was offered every day from 6:30 to 10am. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay."

"Great location for rail travel (3 minute walk to station). Great breakfast with many options. Room could have a better layout (no bedside table, no bedside charging). No kettle or fan in the room, which would be nice to have. Would definitely stay here again when Oslo rates are very high"

"Hesla Gård (Farm) is so charming. There has been great care in preserving the historic buildings, the lodging is clean and very comfortable, and the inn hosts are wonderful. Easy walk to town (10 min) and to local sites, such as the Gol Church, and to hiking trails. I look forward to my next visit! "
