"It’s great! However, you have to remember many rules while there. I noticed a little double standard when it comes to phone usage. We spent a full week at the property and we felt policed about phone usage 24/7, when to use the swimsuit, when not to use the swimsuit, when to use the towel, when not to use the towels, which stairs I am allowed to use and which I am not allowed to use. The spa police will get into the steam room and sauna and make you get naked if you are wearing the swimsuit. The excuse was that wearing the swimsuit will place the chlorine on the wood as well as the sweat and that’s why you must lay the towel down and then be naked on top of the towel. However, magically on Tuesdays that’s not a problem at all. You can wear the swimsuit in the sauna and spa no problem as long as the towel is under you. We were stopped by multiple people multiple times just for the simple act of looking at our phone to see what time it is. There aren’t many clocks around the spa, therefore, we had to see the time on our phones to not loose track of time. Furthermore, at breakfast there were 4 people using their phones making calls, sending texts and browsing through their phones and not one word was said to them. I recommend the spa for one day only as I had used it in the past, but for a full week I don’t think this is the place you want to be specially when you don’t want to be bossed around of what you can or can not do as as small child. All else was great, good food!"

"The hotel is nice, the room is clean and the staff was helpful. There is a covered walkway that takes you from the hotel to the departure gate and the walk is about 10 minutes. It is certainly convenient if you have an early flight. The biggest problem is that there is a Radisson hotel Blu and a Radisson hotel Red. In my case my booking didn't say which one it was. Obviously at the time I didn't know there were 2 different Radisson Airport hotels so of course I walked to the wrong one. Their system is NOT linked and I had to show the receptionist my booking info before she tells me to go to the other Radisson. The walk between the 2 is about 15 minutes but dragging 3 suitcase around didn't help. I wish this was made more clear during booking so that didn't happen."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a fantastic hotel! How do you describe a perfect hotel? For us, it’s one that gets everything right — and the Quality Hotel in Fredrikstad certainly did! The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Fredrikstad, just minutes from the bus station, around 10 minutes from the train station, and only about 5 minutes from some fabulous restaurants. From the moment we walked through the doors, we received such a warm welcome. The lobby area looks amazing, and check-in was incredibly easy. The lady at reception was so helpful and understanding. English wasn’t her first language, but that didn’t stop her from making sure we had everything we needed. She even advised us on the best place to park, just two minutes from the hotel entrance — very useful when you’re trying to avoid the traffic wardens, who seem to be the same everywhere… vultures! 😂 Our double room was fantastic — really spacious, with a lovely, comfortable double bed, two armchairs, a dressing table, plenty of wardrobe space and a full-sized bathroom. Everything was absolutely immaculate. And then there was the breakfast! 😍 There was such an amazing array of food that it would be impossible to mention everything. What really impressed us, though, was the fantastic choice available for people with dietary requirements. My wife and I both have gluten and dairy intolerances, and the range of options available to us was honestly something I have never experienced in a hotel before. There were so m"
