Barely a 3-star hotel

Checkin was ok, staff is multilingual We didn’t use the paid parking as you can park outside Lift wasn’t working on our arrival, our bedroom was at the fourth floor!!! Our bedroom was flooded, it was raining very badly so we requested another one and had to go downstairs again (no lift, remember?) Change was quick In the second bedroom, the stovetop wasn’t working, the furniture and bathroom were outdated and we had only two towels for 4 guests. There was a dishwashing kit, very useful. Spa facilities are very outdated too but massage was great, the sauna wasn’t working. The lift wasn’t working again so we had to go through the service stairs to get to our bedroom. Access to the pool is 8€ for the whole stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was ok but could be better, on the second morning the microwave and the toasters weren’t working either. Pool table wasn’t working in the reading room, sliding doors of the main entrance were out of service too. The hotel is close to PortAventura, Tarragona and Salou, so very well located but deserve a full revamp and complete refurbishment. Too many things weren’t working even if the price was affordable. We always book 4-star hotels but this one was by far the most disappointing and doesn’t deserve this ranking.

Fue una salida de una noche, pedimos cama matrimonial y nos dan cama separada, tuvimos que volver a bajar del 5to piso para q nos cambien la tarjeta. Viendo que éramos una pareja nos dan una habitación que era compartida, solo nos dividía una puerta de la otra habitación que tenía niños. La cama hacia ruido y el colchón no era de lo más cómodo. No hay parking, tuvimos que dar varias vueltas hasta encontrar sitio.

On a passé un nuit dans cet hôtel très correct qui offre de bonnes prestations. Quelques améliorations serait les bienvenues notamment au niveau de la climatisation de la chambre qui ne marchait pas très bien et du petit déjeuner où les jus de fruits sont indignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. A par ça, le personnel est très serviable et très agréable.

Venden más habitaciones de las que tienen

Llamo para avisar que llegariamos sobre las 22, nos dicen que ningún problema, que la habitación esta desde hace 3 meses pagada. Al llegar nos dan la habitación 608 y al abrir nos encontramos la habitación habilitada. Bajamos a recepción y nos dicen que la 608 la tenemos desde hace 1 semana asignada. Nos buscan otro hotel en Port aventura, llegamos alli sobre las 12 de la noche y al llegar con el coche no nos dejan pasar, que nuestra matricula no estaba registrada. Al llegar la habitación no estaba preparada… tardan mas de 1 hora en darnos las sabanas. Con un niño de 4 años y a la 1 de la noche aún estabamos todos despiertos. Al dia siguiente nos decian que no teniamos derecho ni a piscina ni desayuno… y eso que donde deberíamos estar tenia piscina y spa.A las 11 de la mañana nos fuimos muy decepcionados. Encima el hotel donde nos metieron, la mansión de lucy nos decía que deberíamos estar agradecidos, que ese hotel es mejor, pero esas no son formas de tratar a clientes, me quedo mejor con un hotel de menor categoría si es trato es mejor

El personal del hotel muy amable y estancia muy agradable.Comida muy buena .La habitación espectacular,camas y almohadas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio. Lo recomiendo, volveremos a ir.
