"We had a room with a terrace and pool access. You could walk out onto the terrace joined to the room and from there walk out to the pool without having to go through the hotel. This is great, except the pool door did not lock on our terrace and the QR to the room did not work. So someone could literally have walked right into our room at any time from the pool. This is unsafe. We placed chairs in front of the door on the terrace so we could hear scraping if the door was attempted to be open. The...

"I was impressed by the way I was treated. I got in at 3 Am due to a flight delay and the front desk person was very pleasant, he upgraded my room and allowed me to check out at 1 Pm instead of 12 Pm. Great experience and I definitely recommend this hotel."

"This hotel was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children. 2 bedrooms and an alcove bed. Large bathroom, skylights. Clean and spacious. It’s perfect if you are planning to go to the cruise port. A quick cab ride. It’s in the Gothic area. So it was a perfect spot to see beautiful old world Barcelona. I will stay there again."
