"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

Don't take the following comment as a complaint but as a suggestion, when I made the reservation I asked for parking included, but when we arrived there were not parking available in the hotel, therefore make sure to enphatized in this request if you need one, because the hotel staff didn't help at all.
