We only used the breakfast buffet once unfortunately as we were out & about very early but the choice was really good, we were well catered for! Staff were fab and very helpful. "Thoroughly recommend this accommodation choice for a stay in Bologna. Spacious clean rooms and right on the main square. My check in was a little complicated because i had 2 trains cancelled and missed the host but i have to say communication was very good despite that and after brief confusion i was soon in my room. Would definitely return if i was back in Bologna. "

"Had a little bit of a weird start with them being overly aggressive asking for an updated form of payment. However it seems it might’ve been a miscommunication.
Staff is excellent, staff at the bar/ restaurant downstairs is excellent. Location is amazing and in the heart of Bologna. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I had and would absolutely stay there again. "
"Lovely spotless room at a very good price in the centre of Bologna, comfortable bed and good breakfast options. I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again! "This was a most beautiful place to stay, very friendly staff and a great breakfast. The rooms were quite nice and included a balcony. It would have been nice to spend more time at the hotel, yet we were passing through so didn't get to enjoy all it had to offer as much as we would have liked."
