The property is located in the town of Villa Guardia, surrounded by greenery and near the A9 highway, making it convenient to reach nearby towns by car.

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, closet, desk, and access to the balcony.

- BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds.

-GARDEN, part of which is private with a dining area and another part shared with lounge chairs and a hammock.

Surrounded by greenery, it is a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation in nature. The property is, in fact, surrounded by a lush garden and features a historic religious building where a traditional festival takes place on the last Sunday of August.

We recommend traveling by car to best explore the surrounding area. Its proximity to the Autostrada dei Laghi connects Milan and Como (reachable from the property in 20 minutes).
