"The smell is terrible in the rooms. It is an inescapable, pungent, odor that made me happy to check out of the room. The door hinge was rusted and broken. The towels are like sandpaper. While this hotel is well rated for cleanliness, the floor was covered in debris and what appeared to be toenail clippings. I am baffled at how this hotel receives good reviews. "

"What a gem for Camiño, right on the trail and amazing view of the river. The restaurant is excellent and the view and staff can’t be beat, also very highly rated. Good breakfast. "Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."
