"The location was the best part about this hotel. The room was very average, we were expecting a nicer place for 500 a night. The lake View would have been nice but not when you are basically sitting on the parking lot on level 1. Our door would stick shut every time it closed. We loved Lake Geneva but this hotel is not somewhere I would recommend."

"We got to hotel at 3:05 pm and had to wait for some to show up (a sign was up stating "out for 15 minutes".)a reception person came at 3:30pm. A kinda weird start. I left a tee shirt in the top drawer of a dresser and when I called back 5 hours after checking out they said they would look but they stated no one found a tee shirt. This seems strange since no one would want the shirt, so I suspect they did not really look for it. My bad for leaving it, just sad to lose a tee shirt which was a...
