It was not possible to stay there because the reception desk only works until 9pm.. our passengers will arrive after that. As being a non refundable booking, I have tried to cancel it but it wasn`t allowed by the Expedia. Kind regards

Muy mal, fatal

El hotel necesita mejoras, muy frio, poco acojedor. Hacia mucho frio fuera y la calefacción o la chimenea no estaba puesta dentro. El restaurante un desastre. Fuimos los primeros en llegar y sacaron uno de nuestros platos 15 minutos antes que el otro asi que tuvimos que cenar cada uno en un turno. Y ademas estaba frio cuando llego a la mesa. Fatal la verdad. No volveria

Una vez llegado al hotel, todo perfecto.

La estancia ha estado perfecta. Nos sorprendió un hotel de estas características en un pueblo tan pequeño y tranquilo. El personal muy amable y la habitación amplia y cómoda. Nos gustó la decoración y pudimos disfrutar de una estupenda piscina y su chiringuito. La única pega: que me cargaron en la cuenta el importe de la estancia un día antes de llegar, cuando las condiciones de Hoteles.com indicaban que el establecimiento no me haría ningún cargo hasta nuestra llegada al hotel.
