Apartment in a condominium of 7 apartments with access by external staircase. Apartment on the 2nd floor, on the same landing as apartment 73G317126 belonging to the same family, including a living room-kitchen lounge area (convertible sofa - internet TV with Apple TV - WiFi fiber connection), 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1 person 80 x 200cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Balcony terrace. Chalet located Route de la Forêt towards the route de Bisanne 1500 in a superb natural forest setting. Possibility to rent the adjoining cottage (ref 73G317126 for 4 people, belonging to the same family). Pleasant contemporary mountain character and very good comfort. Balcony terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs. Possibility of unloading the car in front of the chalet (upper parking lot for access to the gite on 1 floor). Sports store opposite the chalet; shops and services in the resort center of Les Saisies 1.2 km away or by the pedestrian path which crosses the track or by using the free shuttle from Les Saisies. Chalet located 400 m from the slopes of the Saisies resort (Espace Diamant area with 185km of alpine ski slopes). Important Nordic area, on a plateau at an altitude of 1650m, with 120km of cross-country skiing and skating trails, in a magnificent setting of forests and mountain pastures. Family resort between the Beaufortain massif and the Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. Numerous activities, leisure activities and entertainment in summer and winter in Les Saisies or in the surrounding villages: Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Crest-Voland, Beaufort, Arêches... Ideal location for hiking and cycling. In the winter season, direct access to the French Ski School for toddlers and children (up to 3rd star). Shuttle stop 50 m away for Albertville station.
