Villa Katia is located just 200 meters from the beautiful Simius beach, one of the most famous in Sardinia. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, just 1 km from the center of Villasimius, where you can find numerous supermarkets, restaurants, and shops.



Living Area

The bright living room with a kitchenette is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning for optimal comfort even on the hottest days, a comfortable sofa, and a large dining table to enjoy meals together.
