This beautiful apartment, renovated in January 2025, is perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated and is located in a well-maintained luxury residence just steps from the beach! You'll be delighted by its brightness thanks to its exposure and its large terrace with sea view and plancha grill.

It comprises: an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV.
A fully equipped kitchen area: refrigerator, ceramic hob, conventional oven, and microwave.
A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm).
A shower room with toilet.
Ideal for a pleasant family stay by the sea!

The living room table is movable and can be adjusted from low to high.
The coffee machine is a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

Linens (sheets, napkins, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Cleaning is to be carried out by you at the end of your stay.
An end-of-stay cleaning option is available for €40.

A dedicated outdoor parking space is available.
Please note that the elevator stops halfway up the stairs. There are a few steps to climb on foot on the ground floor and at the elevator exit.
