It is a 53-square-meter loft that can accommodate up to 4 people, situated within the grounds of a private villa, in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery. Maison Silvia is laid out over two levels: a first floor and an upper floor. The first floor is a spacious open-concept area featuring a double bedroom, a breakfast nook, a private bathroom, and all the necessary amenities: a smart TV with satellite channels, Sky Q, and Netflix, a mini-fridge, and Wi-Fi.
