Great weather,front desk staff 10 out of 10 .1 cleaner was very cranky when we asked for items and no fridge. Breakfast was good and location.Handy walk to most places.

Pleasant hotel to stay in Vilnius business district, close to old town. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Good WiFi. Rather tasty with plenty of choices breakfast.

Overall I had a good stay at the Best Western Vilnius. The room was spacious and quite clean. They had a nice buffet breakfast that was included with the reservation, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in a good location with a couple of malls nearby and the historic center and other sites are only about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, The Best Western Vilnius is a good place to stay while visiting Vilnius.

In total we felt we got more than we paid for. However; Pool was not heated. Gym equipment was faulty - sauna was good though. This was one of the reasons we booked here, so it was disappointing. Staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was average. Room was good.

While the staff was helpful, the hotel is really run down. The gym was a joke with only the treadmill working. The pool is really small and inviting. The bathroom has two soap dispensers that were empty. Instead they placed 3 mini bottles. But it took a while to locate. And why not even bother to take the dispensers down? The elevator button in the fourth floor has to be smashed repeatedly to get it working. The breakfast was ok. Not exciting but ok. The inside looks like it hasn't been updated since the KGB used it back in the eighties. (Which it probably hasn't judging by how worn down everything is) I'm a tall guy and I couldn't stand upright in the elevators. (I'm 204 cm, so I'm guessing it's 2 meters)

Good Service, very Good Breakfast. Pet friendly. Old property, renovated may be a while ago and you can feel it. Our room lacked fresh air even with Two Windows partially opened.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Staff were friendly and efficient. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Only slight downsides were lack of handrails at top section of each flight of stairs (lifts were available), and bath side a bit high for older customers to climb over. But overall a really nice hotel.

Friendly staff

Great location next to two malls for shopping and restaurants. Near to walk to Old Town. Carol in the restaurant was amazing! The pool was the only disappointment, looked better in the pictures but was tiny in real life. Breakfast assortment could improve as well but good enough.

Good and abundant breakfast and clean room. Very close to the White Bridge and not far from the city center. The staff speaks English. Currently, there are several constructions in this part of Vilnius and outside the hotel, which, in my opinion, will improve greatly the area once they are finished.
